Abstract
【解決手段】外槽(乾燥室)3から吸熱器30を通り放熱器32を経て外槽3に導くように乾燥用空気を循環させる空気循環路の、外槽3と吸熱器30の間に排気口26を設け、前記乾燥室から吸熱器に向けて空気循環路を流れる乾燥用空気の一部を空気循環路外へ排出するようにしたものである。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態における洗濯機能を備えた衣類乾燥機の断面図、図2はその背面図、図3は、図2のB−B断面図、図4は、本実施の形態のヒートポンプ装置の構成と乾燥用空気の流れを示すシステム概念図である。
図5は、本発明の第2の実施の形態における洗濯機能を備えた衣類乾燥機の断面図、図6はその背面図、図7は、本実施の形態のヒートポンプ装置の構成と乾燥用空気の流れを示すシステム概念図、図8は、本実施の形態の洗濯機能を備えた衣類乾燥機の状態検知手段の出力と調整弁の制御状態を示す図、図9は本実施の形態の洗濯乾燥機の状態検知手段の出力と調整弁及び圧縮能力可変手段の制御状態を示す図である。なお、第1の実施の形態と同一構成要件は同一符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
図10は、本発明の第3の実施の形態における洗濯機能を備えた衣類乾燥機のヒートポンプ装置の構成と乾燥用空気の流れを示すシステム概念図である。第1及び2の実施の形態と同一構成要件は、同一符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
図11は、本発明の第4の実施の形態における洗濯機能を備えた衣類乾燥機のヒートポンプ装置の構成と乾燥用空気の流れを示すシステム概念図である。第1及び2の実施の形態と同一構成要件は、同一符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
本発明の第5の実施の形態の洗濯機能を備えた衣類乾燥機では、冷媒を二酸化炭素のように超臨界状態で作用するものを用いる。従来、冷媒のR22やR134aなどフルオロカーボン系のように、高圧側条件を臨界圧力未満のサイクルで用いるヒートポンプ装置では、冷媒の凝縮が発生するため、空気との熱交換を行う領域において冷媒の温度が凝縮温度で一定となる部分が多く、空気との熱交換においても、凝縮温度近辺が上限温度となり、通常は、臨界温度よりも20〜30℃低い温度で設計される。上記に挙げた従来の冷媒では、通常60〜65℃以下で使用される。従って、この冷媒と熱交換を行う乾燥用空気の放熱器32を通過後の温度は60〜65℃程度が上限となる。

Claims (20)
- 乾燥室と、圧縮機及び圧縮した冷媒の熱を放熱する放熱器及び高圧の冷媒の圧力を減圧する絞り手段及び減圧された冷媒が周囲から熱を奪う吸熱器とを冷媒が循環するように管路で連結したヒートポンプ装置と、前記乾燥室から吸熱器を通り放熱器を経て乾燥室に導くように乾燥用空気を循環させる空気循環路とを具備し、前記乾燥室と吸熱器の間の空気循環路に排気口を設け、前記空気循環路を前記乾燥室から吸熱器に向けて流れる乾燥用空気の一部を空気循環路外へ排出するようにした衣類乾燥機。
- 空気循環路に外気を取り入れる吸気口を設け、前記吸気口を乾燥室と放熱器の間に配設し前記空気循環路を前記乾燥室から放熱器に向けて流れる乾燥用空気に外気を混入するようにした請求項1記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 排気口を乾燥室と吸気口の間に設けた請求項2記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 吸気口を乾燥室と吸熱器の間に設けた請求項2記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 吸気口を乾燥室と排気口の間に設けた請求項2記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 空気循環路内に送風する送風機を設け、前記送風機を吸気口と排気口の間に設けて乾燥用空気が前記吸気口から排気口に向けて流れるようにした請求項2記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 吸気口及び排気口の少なくとも一方に、吸気及び排気の量を調整する調整弁を設けた請求項2記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 調整弁は、乾燥初期において吸気及び排気の量が小となるように設定した請求項7記載の衣類乾燥機。
- ヒートポンプ装置の状態を検知する状態検知手段を設け、前記状態検知手段の出力に応じて調整弁を制御するようにした請求項7または8記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 圧縮機の圧縮能力を変化させる圧縮能力可変手段を設け、状態検知手段の出力に応じて、調整弁及び圧縮能力可変手段を制御するようにした請求項9記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 圧縮能力可変手段は、乾燥初期において圧縮機の圧縮能力が大となるようにした請求項10記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 状態検知手段は、空気循環路内の空気の温度を検知するようにした請求項9記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 状態検知手段は、冷媒の温度を検知するようにした請求項9記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 状態検知手段は、冷媒の圧力を検知するようにした請求項9記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 空気循環路を乾燥室から吸熱器に向けて流れる乾燥用空気に含まれるリントを捕捉するフィルターを設け、前記フィルターを乾燥室と吸熱器の間に設けた請求項1または2記載の衣類乾燥機。
- フィルターを乾燥室と排気口の間に設けた請求項15記載の衣類乾燥機。
- フィルターを吸気口と排気口の間に設けた請求項15記載の衣類乾燥機。
- フィルターを吸気口と送風機の間に設けた請求項15記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 冷媒は、超臨界状態で作用する冷媒を用いた請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の衣類乾燥機。
- 洗濯水が貯留可能な外槽と、前記外槽内に回転自在に設けた内槽を備え、前記内槽内に収容した衣類の洗濯を可能にした請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の衣類乾燥機。
