Abstract
【解決手段】電線路61と、この電線路61に接続された燃料電池3(この燃料電池3は第1熱-移動液体材料を用いて冷却され且つ第1ラジエータ10を有する第1冷却回路1を有する)と、この燃料電池3の制御モジュールを有する電気エネルギー管理ユニット6と、この管理ユニットに接続され且つ減速制御のために車両のドライバーが操作可能な制御装置と、電子制御モジュールを介して電線路61に接続され且つ少なくとも1つの駆動輪40に接続された少なくとも1つの電気機械4と、電気的散逸要素8と、減速が要求された場合および電線路61に送られた電力よりも補助的負荷によって吸収される電力のほうが小さいことを管理ユニット60が検出したときに燃料電池の制御モジュールに電気エネルギー発生プロセスの停止命令を出し且つ電気的散逸要素8を電線路61に接続する手段とを有する。

Description
本発明は特に、所定の過渡期での電気エネルギーの管理方法に関するものである。
しかし、いずれにせよ、蓄電器を取付けると、その蓄積容量に比例してその分だけ必ず重量が増える。さらに、どのような電気エネルギーの蓄積技術を用いても、装置の最大充電状態で電気エネルギーの蓄積を続けることは不可能であるという問題に必ず直面する。
下記文献にも燃料電池の一次冷却回路の液体中に電気要素を浸漬した車両用燃料電池が記載されている。
過剰な電気エネルギーを極めて効率的に散逸するためには、冷却回路の熱-移動液体中に浸漬された電気的要素を使用するのが好ましい。
本発明者はさらに、電気的ブレーキの場合には、燃料電池が急速に利用されなくなるということを見出した。従って、本発明では2つの別体の冷却回路、すなわち燃料電池を冷却する冷却液体を有する第1冷却回路と、この第1冷却回路とは独立した冷却液体を有する第2冷却回路とを使用し、第2冷却回路は駆動輪に接続された電気機械と電子制御モジュール(特に電気機械を制御する電子制御モジュール)とを冷却し、第2冷却回路の電気散逸要素を第1冷却回路に浸漬する。
以下、本発明の全ての観点を明確に理解できるように、本発明の冷却回路を燃料電池車両に取り付けた実施例を添付図面を参照して説明するが、本発明が下記実施例に限定されるものではない。
一つの冷却液体で冷却される電気部品は全て第2冷却回路2に連結するのが有利である。
Claims (9)
- 下記(a)〜(g)を有するエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン:
(a) 補助的負荷が接続された電線路(61)、
(b) この電線路(61)に接続された燃料電池(3)であって、この燃料電池(3)は第1熱-移動液体材料を用いて冷却される第1冷却回路(1)を有し、この第1冷却回路(1)は周囲大気に熱を放散するための第1ラジエータ(10)を有する燃料電池(3)、
(c) この燃料電池(3)の制御モジュールを有する電気エネルギー管理ユニット(6)、
(d) この管理ユニットに接続され且つ減速制御のために車両のドライバーが操作可能な制御装置、
(e) 電子制御モジュールを介して電線路(61)に接続され且つ少なくとも1つの駆動輪(40)に接続された少なくとも1つの電気機械(4)、
(f) 電気的散逸要素(8)、
(g) 減速が要求された場合および電線路(61)に送られた電力よりも補助的負荷によって吸収される電力のほうが小さいことを管理ユニット(60)が検出したときに、燃料電池の制御モジュールに電気エネルギー発生プロセスの停止命令を出し且つ電気的散逸要素(8)を電線路(61)に接続する手段。 - 電気機械(4)が周囲大気に熱を放散するための第2ラジエータ(20)を有する第2冷却回路(2)に接続され、この第2冷却回路(2)は第1冷却回路とは独立した別の熱-移動液体材料を用いて冷却され、第2冷却回路は熱的にも第1冷却回路(1)から分離されている請求項1に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 電気的散逸要素(8)が第1冷却回路(1)中に浸漬されている請求項1に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 燃料電池に周囲空気の圧縮によって酸素が供給される請求項1または2に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 燃料電池に純酸素が供給される請求項1または2に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 燃料電池がポリマーメンブレン電池およびアルカリ電池の中から選択される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 電気機械用の電子制御モジュールがインバータ(5)である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 複数の電子管理モジュールを有し、第2冷却回路(2)が複数の電子管理モジュール内を循環するで冷却液体で冷却される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
- 電気エネルギー蓄積装置が電気エネルギー管理ユニット(6)を介して電線路(61)に接続されている請求項1に記載のエレクトリック・パワー・トレーン。
