Abstract
【解決手段】 少なくともSi及びCaを含むガラスとアルミナを混合したガラスセラミック材料からなる誘電体層の上に、Agからなる電極層を形成したセラミックグリーンシートを積層して焼成することにより得られる積層セラミック基板であり、焼成後の誘電体層がアノーサイト(CaAl2Si2O8)結晶相を含有し、かつその結晶粒サイズが84nm以下であることを特徴としている。

Description
(ii)以下の式(2)に、式(1)で算出したβの値を挿入し、結晶粒径を算出する。
式(2)において、λはX線の波長(0.15405nm)である。
Caを含むホウケイ酸非晶質ガラスとアルミナとの配合割合が重量比で(30〜60):(70〜40)である低温焼成型ガラスセラミック材料を用いて、セラミックグリーンシートを作製した。ガラスセラミック材料の組成は、Al2O344重量%〜52重量%、SiO233重量%〜40重量%、CaO8.0重量%〜13.0重量%、B2O31.0重量%〜15.0重量%である。誘電体層の厚みを約50μmとし、誘電体層の上にAgからなる電極層を厚み約20μmとなるように形成してセラミックグリーンシートとした。

Claims (6)
- 少なくともSi及びCaを含むガラスとアルミナを混合したガラスセラミック材料からなる誘電体層の上に、Agからなる電極層を形成したセラミックグリーンシートを積層して焼成することにより得られる積層セラミック基板であって、
焼成後の前記誘電体層がアノーサイト(CaAl2Si2O8)結晶相を含有し、かつその結晶粒サイズが84nm以下であることを特徴とする積層セラミック基板。 - 前記ガラスがホウケイ酸ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層セラミック基板。
- 少なくともSi及びCaを含むガラスとアルミナを混合したガラスセラミック材料からなる誘電体層の上に、Agからなる電極層を形成したセラミックグリーンシートを積層して焼成することにより積層セラミック基板を製造する方法であって、
焼成後の前記誘電体層がアノーサイト(CaAl2Si2O8)結晶相を含有し、かつその結晶粒サイズが84nm以下となるように焼成することを特徴とする積層セラミック基板の製造方法。 - 焼成における最高温度が820℃〜865℃の範囲内であり、最高温度到達後から最高温度マイナス50℃までの温度保持時間が1時間以上2時間以内であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の積層セラミック基板の製造方法。
- 焼成における最高温度が850℃〜900℃の範囲内であり、最高温度到達後から最高温度マイナス50℃までの温度保持時間が40分以内であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の積層セラミック基板の製造方法。
- 最高温度からの冷却速度が250℃/時間以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の積層セラミック基板の製造方法。
