Abstract
【解決手段】含ケイ素基を側鎖として有するシラン変性フェノール樹脂、シラン変性ポリイミド樹脂、シラン変性ポリアミドイミド樹脂、シラン変性エポキシ樹脂およびシラン変性ポリウレタン樹脂からなるシラン変性樹脂を、炭素材料に含浸ないし付着させた後、硬化させ、さらに必要に応じて非酸化性雰囲気下にて加熱処理する、耐酸化性炭素材料の製造方法。

項1.
下記式(1):
項2.項1に記載の耐酸化性炭素材料を、さらに非酸化性雰囲気下にて加熱処理してなる、耐酸化性炭素材料。
項3.該シラン変性樹脂が、シラン変性フェノール樹脂、シラン変性ポリイミド樹脂、シラン変性ポリアミドイミド樹脂、シラン変性エポキシ樹脂及びシラン変性ポリウレタン樹脂からなる群より選択される、少なくとも1種である項1又は2に記載される耐酸化性炭素材料。
項4.
下記式(1):
項5.項4においてシラン変性樹脂を硬化させた後、さらに非酸化性雰囲気下にて加熱処理することを特徴とする、耐酸化性炭素材料の製造方法。
上記樹脂溶液中に浸積し、室温のオートクレーブ中に入れて1000Paまで減圧し、上記炭素材料中に上記樹脂溶液を含浸させた。さらに、この炭素材料を空気中において200℃で4時間硬化させた。
Claims (5)
- 請求項1に記載の耐酸化性炭素材料を、さらに非酸化性雰囲気下にて加熱処理してなる、耐酸化性炭素材料。
- 該シラン変性樹脂が、シラン変性フェノール樹脂、シラン変性ポリイミド樹脂、シラン変性ポリアミドイミド樹脂、シラン変性エポキシ樹脂及びシラン変性ポリウレタン樹脂からなる群より選択される、少なくとも1種である請求項1又は2に記載される耐酸化性炭素材料。
- 請求項4においてシラン変性樹脂を硬化させた後、さらに非酸化性雰囲気下にて加熱処理することを特徴とする、耐酸化性炭素材料の製造方法。
