Abstract
【解決手段】 駆動源20からの回転力を受けて流体を加圧して吐出するポンプモード、および膨張時の流体圧を運動エネルギーに変換して機械的エネルギーを出力するモータモードを兼ね備えるポンプモータ機構100を有する流体機械であって、ポンプモードが実行される時に、駆動源20からの回転力の回転数を増速してポンプモータ機構100に伝達する変速機構400を設ける。

Description
本実施形態は、ランキンサイクルを備える車両用蒸気圧縮式冷凍機に本発明に係る流体機械を適用したものであって、図1は本実施形態に係る蒸気圧縮式冷凍機を示す模式図である。
このモードは、シャフト108に回転力を与えることによりポンプモータ機構100の旋回スクロール103を旋回させて冷媒を吸入圧縮する運転モードである。
このモードは、高圧室104に加熱器30にて加熱された高圧の過熱蒸気冷媒をポンプモータ機構100に導入して膨脹させることにより、旋回スクロール103を旋回させてシャフト108を回転させ、機械的出力を得るものである。
上述の実施形態では、変速機構400として遊星歯車機構を用いたが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、例えばCVT(ベルト式無段変速機構)やベルトを用いないトロイダル方式の変速機構等の変速比を変更できる変速機構を用いても良い。

Claims (5)
- 駆動源(20)からの回転力を受けて流体を加圧して吐出するポンプモード、および膨張時の流体圧を運動エネルギーに変換して機械的エネルギーを出力するモータモードを兼ね備えるポンプモータ機構(100)を有する流体機械であって、
前記ポンプモードが実行される時に、前記駆動源(20)からの回転力の回転数を増速して前記ポンプモータ機構(100)に伝達する変速機構(400)を設けたことを特徴とする流体機械。 - 前記駆動源(20)は、外部に配設されて作動する外部駆動源(20)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体機械。
- 前記モータモードが実行される時に、出力される前記機械的エネルギーを所定形態のエネルギーに回生する回生機構(200)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の流体機械。
- 前記回生機構(200)は、前記機械的エネルギーを電気エネルギーに回生する回転電機(200)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体機械。
- 前記ポンプモータ機構(100)、前記変速機構(400)、前記回生機構(200)は、ハウジング(101、102、230)内に一体的に形成される、あるいは、同軸上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の流体機械。
