Abstract
【解決手段】球面軸受201に球状頭部2をはめ込ませて球面軸受201が形成された部材200に対し軸状体1に取り付けられた部材100を自在移動可能に組み合わせるユニバーサルジョイント構成体Pである。球状頭部2の側部には、球状頭部2のほぼ中心を通り、かつ、軸状体1の軸中心線xに直交する仮想の直線yを跨ぐように形成された割欠き部22が形成されている。割欠き部22によって区分された頭部分割箇所23が、球状頭部2の径よりもはめ込み口201aの口径をやや小さくする球面軸受201にこの球状頭部2を入れ込ませるにあたり、弾性変形するようにしてある。

Description
(1)一端に球状頭部を有すると共に他端側に取り付け部を備えたプラスチック製の軸状体を有し、球面軸受に球状頭部をはめ込ませて、この球面軸受が形成された部材に対し軸状体の取り付け部に取り付けられた部材を自在移動可能に組み合わせるユニバーサルジョイント構成体であって、
(2)球状頭部における頂端とこの球状頭部と軸状体との連接基部との間にあるこの球状頭部の側部には、この球状頭部のほぼ中心を通り、かつ、軸状体の軸中心線に直交する仮想の直線を跨ぐように形成された有底穴又は貫通穴よりなる一又は二以上の割欠き部が形成されており、
(3)この割欠き部によって区分された頭部分割箇所が、球状頭部の径よりもはめ込み口の口径をやや小さくする球面軸受にこの球状頭部を入れ込ませるにあたり、弾性変形するように構成してある。
頭部分割箇所を、球状頭部への穿設方向を異ならせる隣り合う二カ所の割欠き部であって球状頭部の内部において他方の割欠き部に連通したこれらの割欠き部によって形成された芯部分に対して、球状頭部の頂端側に上端を接合させ、かつ、球状頭部の連接基部側で下端を接合させ、この上端と下端との間において芯部分との間に変形用隙間を設けるように形成させておくこともある。
頭部分割箇所23が、球状頭部2への穿設方向を異ならせる隣り合う二カ所の割欠き部22、22であって球状頭部2の内部において他方の割欠き部22に連通したこれらの割欠き部22によって芯部分24に対して球状頭部2の頂端20側に上端23aを接合させ、かつ、球状頭部2の連接基部21側で下端23bを接合させ、この上端23aと下端23bとの間において芯部分24との間に変形用隙間25を設けるように形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 一端に球状頭部を有すると共に他端側に取り付け部を備えたプラスチック製の軸状体を有し、球面軸受に球状頭部をはめ込ませて、この球面軸受が形成された部材に対し軸状体の取り付け部に取り付けられた部材を自在移動可能に組み合わせるユニバーサルジョイント構成体であって、
球状頭部における頂端とこの球状頭部と軸状体との連接基部との間にあるこの球状頭部の側部には、この球状頭部のほぼ中心を通り、かつ、軸状体の軸中心線に直交する仮想の直線を跨ぐように形成された有底穴又は貫通穴よりなる一又は二以上の割欠き部が形成されており、
この割欠き部によって区分された頭部分割箇所が、球状頭部の径よりもはめ込み口の口径をやや小さくする球面軸受にこの球状頭部を入れ込ませるにあたり、弾性変形するように構成してあることを特徴とするユニバーサルジョイント構成体。 - 球状頭部における頂端側に位置される割欠き部の上端と仮想の直線との寸法が、球状頭部における連接基部側に位置される割欠き部の下端と仮想の直線との寸法よりも大きくなるようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のユニバーサルジョイント構成体。
- 割欠き部が有底穴によって構成されていると共に、
頭部分割箇所が、球状頭部への穿設方向を異ならせる隣り合う二カ所の割欠き部であって球状頭部の内部において他方の割欠き部に連通したこれらの割欠き部によって形成された芯部分に対して、球状頭部の頂端側に上端を接合させ、かつ、球状頭部の連接基部側で下端を接合させ、この上端と下端との間において芯部分との間に変形用隙間を設けるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のユニバーサルジョイント構成体。 - 頭部分割箇所の上端の断面積よりも、頭部分割箇所の下端の断面積が、大きくなるようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項3記載のユニバーサルジョイント構成体。
- 球状頭部における連接基部側に、球面軸受への球状頭部の入れ込みにあたりやや弾性変形させられながら、この球面軸受内に入り込む突部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のユニバーサルジョイント構成体。
- リフレクター及びランプボディのいずれか一方を、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のユニバーサルジョイント構成体における軸状体の取り付け部に取り付させると共に、このリフレクター及びランプボディの他方側に設けられた球面軸受にこの軸状体の球状頭部をはめ込ませて構成されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
