Abstract
【解決手段】 ハイブリッド型X線検出器(12)は、X線(16)の第1の部分を吸収しかつ該X線の第2の部分がそれを透過するのを許す第1の検出器(22、24)と、X線の第2の部分を受光するようになった第2の検出器(22、24)とを含む。ハイブリッド型X線検出器を作動させる方法は、第1の検出器においてX線を受光する段階と、X線の第1の部分を吸収する段階と、第1の検出器を通り抜けてX線の第2の部分を透過させる段階と、第2の検出器においてX線の第2の部分を受光する段階とを含む。

Claims (10)
- X線(16)の第1の部分を吸収しかつ該X線(16)の第2の部分がそれを透過するのを許す、該X線(16)を受光するようになった第1の検出器(22、24)と、
前記X線(16)の第2の部分を受光するようになった第2の検出器(22、24)と、
を含むハイブリッド型X線検出器(12)。 - 前記第1の検出器(22、24)がエネルギー積算検出器(22)であり、また前記第2の検出器(22、24)がエネルギー弁別検出器(24)である、請求項1記載の検出器。
- 前記第1の検出器(22)が、感光素子に結合されたシンチレータ検出器及び直接変換検出器の1つである、請求項2記載の検出器。
- 前記第2の検出器(24)が、感光素子に結合されたシンチレータ検出器及び直接変換検出器の1つである、請求項2記載の検出器。
- 前記第2の検出器(24)が、前記第1の検出器(22)よりも小型である、請求項2記載の検出器。
- 前記第1の検出器(22)が、前記第2の検出器(24)よりも大きくない領域内でより薄くなっている、請求項2記載の検出器。
- 前記第1の検出器(22、24)がエネルギー弁別検出器(24)であり、また前記第2の検出器(22、24)がエネルギー積算検出器(22)である、請求項1記載の検出器。
- 前記第1の検出器(22、24)が、前記第2の検出器(22、24)に隣接して配置されている、請求項1記載の検出器。
- 前記第1の検出器(22、24)が、前記X線(16)の第1の部分の少なくとも80%の透過率を有する基板(50)上に作製されている、請求項1記載の検出器。
- X線(16)を発生するX線源(14)と、
ハイブリッド型X線検出器(12)を有する、前記X線(16)を受光するようになったイメージ検出器組立体と、
を含み、前記ハイブリッド型X線検出器が、
前記X線(16)の第1の部分を吸収しかつ該X線(16)の第2の部分がそれを透過するのを許す、該X線(16)を受光するようになった第1の検出器(22、24)と、
前記X線(16)の第2の部分を受光するようになった第2の検出器(22、24)と、を含む、
