Abstract
【解決手段】有機ELパネルは、透光性の支持基板上に、少なくとも発光層5cを有する有機層5を一対の電極で挟持してなる有機EL素子を形成してなる。発光層5cは、ホスト材料5fにゲスト材料として蛍光材料5gと輸送材料5hとを加えてなる。輸送材料5hは、正孔あるいは電子の移動度が10−4cm2/V・s以上である。

Claims (5)
- 透光性の支持基板上に、少なくとも発光層を有する有機層を一対の電極で挟持してなる有機EL素子を形成してなる有機ELパネルであって、
前記発光層は、ホスト材料にゲスト材料として蛍光材料と輸送材料とを加えてなることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 前記輸送材料は、正孔あるいは電子の移動度が10−4cm2/V・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記蛍光材料のイオン化ポテンシャルは、前記ホスト材料のイオン化ポテンシャルよりも0.1eV以上低い値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記発光層は、正孔輸送性の前記ホスト材料に前記ゲスト材料として前記蛍光材料と正孔輸送性の前記輸送材料とを加えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記発光層は、電子輸送性の前記ホスト材料に前記ゲスト材料として前記蛍光材料と電子輸送性の前記輸送材料とを加えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の有機ELパネル。
