Claims (2)
- 少なくとも正孔注入層及び発光層を有する有機層を陽極と陰極との間に積層形成してなる有機EL素子であって、
前記陽極のイオン化ポテンシャルが5.6eV以上であって、かつ、前記正孔注入層のイオン化ポテンシャルよりも高い値であり、前記陽極のイオン化ポテンシャルと前記正孔注入層のイオン化ポテンシャルとの差が0.1eV以下であることを特徴とする有機EL素子。 - 前記陽極は、その表面がプラズマ処理されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL素子。
