Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は冷凍室に設けられる製氷装置で製氷用に使われた冷気を冷蔵室に供給する流路を形成することで、製氷装置で使われた冷気が冷蔵室に抜け製氷装置に新しい冷気が円滑に供給され製氷効率が増大し、製氷装置から供給された冷気により冷蔵室の温度を下げ、冷蔵サイクルの追加的作動が必要なくなるので冷蔵庫の電源効率が増大する有用な発明である。

Description
また、製氷装置で使われた冷気を移動させるため別の配管を露出せず冷蔵庫のバリア及び冷蔵庫のドア側に埋設できるので、冷凍/冷蔵室の空間確保が容易になる効果がある。
図1乃至図2はサイドバイサイドタイプ冷蔵庫に設けられる製氷装置の構成を示すもので、まず図1と図2を参照すると冷蔵庫100はほぼ冷凍室1と冷蔵室2とに区分され、前記冷凍室1と冷蔵室2を開閉するようにドア3、4が設けられる。そして、前記冷凍室ドア3内側には図3のように製氷装置50が設けられ、前記冷凍室ドア3の外側面には使用者が冷蔵庫の機能を選択するためにコントロールパネル6が設けられる。
前記満氷感知アーム18により前記アイスバンク20に氷が足りないと判断されると、前記アイスメーカー10の給水部12に水が供給される。この水はモールド部11に一定の水位まで詰められると同時に冷凍室の冷気により凍る。この際、前記モールド部11の区画リブ11aはモールド部11で製作される氷を一定の大きさで分ける役割を行う。
前記のような製氷装置に供給された用水を凍らせた後の冷気を冷凍室に残存させず、冷蔵室に供給されるようにするため前記製氷装置から冷蔵室へと連通される冷気が移動する流路を形成するが、これを図面に基づいて説明する。
図面に図示したサイドバイサイドタイプ冷蔵庫100はバリア105により冷凍室1と冷蔵室2が左右に区画され、前記冷凍室1と冷蔵室2にはドア3,4が設けられるが、前記冷凍室ドア3の内側に図5のような製氷装置50が設けられる。

Claims (10)
- 冷凍室と冷蔵室が区画され、前記冷凍室に製氷装置が具備される冷蔵庫において、
前記製氷装置の一方の側に形成され使われた冷気を製氷装置から排気する製氷冷気排出ダクトと、
前記製氷冷気排出ダクトを通して排気される冷気が流入され冷蔵室に供給されるようにする冷気供給ダクトと、
前記製氷冷気排出ダクトと冷気供給ダクトが互いに密着され気密を維持するように具備されるパッキング部材と、を含むことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。 - 前記冷気供給ダクトは冷蔵室の内側に更に延長され形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記製氷冷気排出ダクトが冷凍室のドアライナーに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記冷気供給ダクトがバリア及び/または冷蔵室ドアライナーに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記冷蔵室に供給される冷気の流量を調節するように前記冷気供給ダクトに設けられるダンパーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記製氷装置から流入される冷気が冷蔵室にもれなく供給されるように冷気供給ダクトが分散されて設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記製氷冷気排出ダクトと冷気供給ダクトが着脱可能に凹凸結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記製氷冷気排出ダクト及び/または冷気供給ダクトに送風ファンが設けられ前記製氷装置の冷気が冷蔵室に強制排気されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記冷凍室ドアには製氷装置を内部に収容するための製氷機カーバーと前記製氷装置を保護し製氷機カーバーから開閉可能に設けられる製氷機蓋体を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
- 前記製氷装置は密閉される形状を有し一方の側に冷凍室の冷気が流入される開放口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫の製氷用冷気吐出流路。
