本发明涉及冰箱领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱间室及具有其的冰箱。
背景技术
目前,为了方便用户的使用,很多冰箱产品都会在冰箱的冷藏室门体上设置制冰机。为了向制冰机输送冷气,一般会在冷藏室的内侧壁和门体侧壁上分别开设对应的冷气进出风口。
在现有技术中,冷藏室内侧壁流向门体侧壁的冷气容易从冷气进出风口处向外泄露,进而影响制冰间室的制冰效果,也会增大能耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冷藏室及具有其的冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种冰箱,包括:冷藏室,其内设有制冰蒸发器;冷藏门体,用于开闭所述冷藏室;制冰间室,设于所述冷藏门体内侧,所述制冰间室内可形成冰块;冷气引导装置,用于将所述制冰蒸发器产生的冷气引导至所述制冰间室,以使所述制冰间室能够制冰;所述冷气引导装置包括设于所述冷藏室内壁上的第一开口,所述冷藏门体上设有连接到所述第一开口的第二开口,以将所述冷气引导装置连接到所述制冰室的内部空间;所述冰箱还包括设于所述第二开口上的密封件;所述密封件包括主体部以及由所述主体部上延伸出来的连接部,所述第二开口边缘设有配合部,所述连接部与所述配合部可拆卸式连接,以使所述密封件连接于所述第二开口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述主体部包括外端及围成一中部开孔的内端,所述外端远离所述第二开口设置,所述连接部与所述内端固定连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,当所述冷藏门体关闭时,所述主体部抵持所述冷藏室的侧壁且所述主体部朝向所述制冰间室发生形变。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述连接部及配合部均为磁性材料制成;当所述密封件放置于所述第二开口上时,所述连接部与所述配合部磁性连接。

如图1-5所示,本发明一实施方式公开了一种冰箱。所述冰箱包括冷藏室100、冷藏门体200,制冰间室300及冷气引导装置400。所述冷藏室100内设有制冰蒸发器110。所述冷藏门体200用于开闭所述冷藏室100。制冰间室300,设于所述冷藏门体200内侧,所述制冰间室300内可形成冰块。所述冷气引导装置400,用于将所述制冰蒸发器110产生的冷气引导至所述制冰间室300,以使所述制冰间室300能够制冰。所述冷气引导装置400包括设于所述冷藏室100侧壁上的第一开口410,所述冷藏门体200上设有连接到所述第一开口410的第二开口210,以将所述冷气引导装置400连接到所述制冰室300的内部空间。
如图3-4所示,所述冰箱还包括设于所述第二开口210上的密封件220。所述密封件220包括主体部221以及由所述主体部221上延伸出来的连接部222,所述第二开口210边缘设有配合部231,所述连接部222与所述配合部231可拆卸式连接,以使所述密封件220连接于所述第二开口210。也就是说,主体部221通过连接部222可拆卸地连接到冷藏室门体110上。
本发明公开的冰箱,通过在第二开口210上设置密封件220,并使得密封件220的连接部222与第二开口210边缘的配合部231可拆卸地连接,能够对冷气进出的第二开口起到很好的密封效果,阻止了冷却的泄露,也降低了冰箱的能耗。
具体地如图2所示,冷藏室100包括冷藏内胆120,所述制冰蒸发器及冷气引导装置均设置在冷藏内胆120内。
在本发明实施方式中,优选地,所述冷气引导装置400包括制冰送风道420和制冰回风道430,所述第一开口410包括与所述制冰送风道420连通的送风口421及与所述制冰回风道430连通的回风口431。所述冷藏门体200上对应所述送风口421及回风口431的位置设有两个所述第二开口210。当所述冷藏门体200关闭时,所述送风口421和其中一个所述第二开口210相连通,所述回风口431与其中另一个所述第二开口210相连通。
如图5所示,所述第一开口410处还设有盖板413,所述盖板413安装于冷藏室100的侧壁,盖板413对应送风口411及回风口412的位置设有开孔,所述开孔上设有隔柱4131。在盖板413的开孔上设置多个分别沿水平方向延伸的隔柱4131,可起到导风的作用,使得冷气风速更快,另外,冷藏室100内的物品也不易掉落进入第一开口410而堵塞制冰送风道及制冰回风道。
具体来说,制冰间室300设于冷藏门体200上,制冰间室300内设有制冰机、储冰盒等器件,水在制冰机内可被制成冰块。制冰蒸发器110贴合于冷藏室100的后壁设置。制冰送风道420及制冰回风道430均设置于冷藏室100一侧的内壁与外壁之间,制冰送风道420的一端与冷藏室100内的制冰蒸发器110相连通,另一端设有送风口421,制冰蒸发器110将冷气输送入制冰送风道420内。冷气由所述制冰送风道420的送风口421进入冷藏门体200上对应的第二开口210,并进入制冰间室300,以使所述制冰间室300可以利用冷气来制冰。接着,在制冰间室300内的冷气会再由另一个第二开口210进入回风口以及制冰回风道430,制冰回风道430同样有一端与制冰蒸发器110相连通,冷气最终再次进入制冰蒸发器110,从而在制冰间室300内形成了冷气循环。而第一开口410(即送风口411及回风口412)设于冷藏室100侧壁上,第二开口210设于冷藏门体200上。在冷藏门体200关闭时,第二开口210才与第一开口410相连通。为了使得第一开口410与第二开口210之间在连通时尽量不泄露冷气,可以在第二开口210上设置密封件220。
进一步地,所述连接部222及配合部231均为磁性材料制成;当所述密封件220放置于所述第二开口210上时,所述连接部222与所述配合部231磁性连接。连接部222与配合部231使用磁性材料连接在一起,结构简单的同时也可以较为稳固地密封件220设于第二开口210上。将具体来说,连接部222及配合部231为使用相互吸引的磁铁制成。
进一步地,所述主体部221包括外端2211及围成一中部开孔的内端2212,所述外端2211远离所述第二开口210设置,所述连接部222与所述内端2212固定连接。
在本发明实施方式中,当所述冷藏门体200关闭时,所述主体部221抵持所述冷藏室100的侧壁且所述主体部221朝向所述制冰间室300发生形变。具体来说,连接部222设于主体部221的内端2212,则在主体部221朝向所述制冰间室300发生形变时,整个主体部221会向第二风口210的两个侧壁发生形变,不会在第二开口210的中心形成鼓包而阻挡冷气进入制冰间室300。
具体地,所述主体部221与所述连接部222一体成型。这样,整个密封件220的结构较为稳固,密封效果好。连接部通过包胶注塑与主体部连接在一起。
进一步地,所述冷藏门体200上的第二开口210处设有延伸入所述制冰间室300内的门体风道230,所述配合部231设于所述门体风道230上,所述门体风道230用于将冷气引导装置400内的冷气引导至制冰间室300内。设置门体风道230,以便冷气可更快速地进入制冰间室300的制冰机内快速制冰。具体来说,所述配合部231被压设在第二开口210的内边缘与门体风道230之间,并在冷藏门体200发泡时被进一步固定。

冷气引导装置,用于将所述制冰蒸发器产生的冷气引导至所述制冰间室,以使所述制冰间室能够制冰;所述冷气引导装置包括设于所述冷藏室内壁上的第一开口,所述冷藏门体上设有连接到所述第一开口的第二开口,以将所述冷气引导装置连接到所述制冰间室的内部空间;
所述冰箱还包括设于所述第二开口上的密封件;
所述密封件包括主体部以及由所述主体部上延伸出来的连接部,所述第二开口边缘设有配合部,所述连接部与所述配合部可拆卸式连接,以使所述密封件连接于所述第二开口;
所述主体部包括外端及围成一中部开孔的内端,所述外端远离所述第二开口设置,所述连接部设于所述主体部的内端且与所述内端固定连接;
当所述冷藏门体关闭,所述主体部抵持所述冷藏室侧壁时,整个主体部朝向远离所述第二开口的边缘的方向发生形变,避免在所述第二开口的中心形成鼓包而阻挡冷气进入制冷间室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接部及配合部均为磁性材料制成;当所述密封件放置于所述第二开口上时,所述连接部与所述配合部磁性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述主体部与所述连接部一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷气引导装置包括制冰送风道和制冰回风道,所述第一开口包括与所述制冰送风道连通的送风口及与所述制冰回风道连通的回风口;所述冷藏门体上对应所述送风口及回风口的位置设有两个所述第二开口;当所述门体关闭时,所述送风口和其中一个所述第二开口相连通,所述回风口与其中另一个所述第二开口相连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷藏门体上的第二开口处设有延伸入所述制冰间室内的门体风道,所述配合部设于所述门体风道的一端,所述门体风道用于将所述冷气引导装置内的冷气引导至所述制冰间室内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷藏门体上设有门衬,所述门体风道设于所述门衬上。
7.根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括设于所述送风口和所述回风口处的加热器,所述加热器可通电产热以对所述送风口和所述回风口化霜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷藏室的侧壁还设有盖板,所述盖板覆盖所述第一开口,所述盖板上对应所述第一开口的位置开设有开孔,每个所述开孔上均设有多个隔柱。
