Abstract
本発明の目的は、熱水等による浸漬処理を施した後でも塗膜表面の滑性の優れた塗膜を形成でき、溶剤系塗料に限らず水性塗料に適用しても、熱水等による浸漬処理後の滑性、耐摩耗性、耐傷つき性、耐水性等に優れた塗膜を形成でき、硬化時にヤニの発生を抑制できる塗料用樹脂組成物を提供することである。
【解決手段】
本発明は、2−、3−又は4−(4,6−ジアミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−ベンゾイックアシッド及び少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を有するシリコーン化合物を用いて得られる反応物(a)から誘導されるアミノ樹脂(A)、及び、前記アミノ樹脂(A)と反応しうる官能基を有する樹脂(B)とを含有してなる塗料用樹脂組成物に関するものである。

Description
攪拌機、温度計、還流コンデンサーおよび窒素導入管を備えた4ツ口フラスコに2−(4,6−ジアミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−ベンゾイックアシッド23.1部、「シルウェットFZ−3720」(日本ユニカー社製、側鎖にエポキシ基を有するエポキシ変性シリコーン)12.0部、テトラメチルアンモニウムクロライド0.1部を仕込み150℃で3時間反応させ、冷却後、ベンゾグアナミン168.3部、92%パラホルムアルデヒド130.4部、n−ブタノール444.0部を仕込み還流温度まで昇温し、脱水しながら3時間環流した。その後、減圧下でn−ブタノールを留去しエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル173.0部を仕込み不揮発分70.0%、粘度Z(ガードナー粘度)のアミノ樹脂(A−1)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を得た。
製造例1において、原料配合を下記第1表に示すとおりとする以外は、製造例1と同様に行いアミノ樹脂(A−2)〜(A−4)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を得た。得られたアミノ樹脂の性状を下記第1表において、組成の原料配合は重量部によって表示した。
攪拌機、温度計、還流コンデンサーおよび窒素導入管を備えた4ツ口フラスコに2−(4,6−ジアミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−ベンゾイックアシッド23.1部、「シルウェットFZ−3720」(日本ユニカー社製、側鎖にエポキシ基を有するエポキシ変性シリコーン)12.0部、テトラメチルアンモニウムクロライド0.1部を仕込み150℃で3時間反応させ、冷却後、ベンゾグアナミン168.3部、92%パラホルムアルデヒド130.4部、n−ブタノール444.0部を仕込み還流温度まで昇温し、脱水しながら3時間環流した。その後、減圧下でn−ブタノールを留去し、ジメチルエタノールアミン8.9部、エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル164.1部を仕込み不揮発分70.0%、粘度Z1(ガードナー粘度)のアミノ樹脂(A−5)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を得た。

(*3)サイラプレーンFM5521:末端にエポキシ基を有するエポキシ変性シリコーン(チッソ社製)
シリコーン含有量%:アミノ樹脂中のシリコーンの重量%
攪拌機、温度計、還流コンデンサーおよび窒素導入管を備えた4ツ口フラスコにベンゾグアナミン187部、「サイラプレーンFM5521」18部、92%パラホルムアルデヒド130.4部、n−ブタノール444.0部を仕込み還流温度まで昇温し、脱水しながら3時間環流した。その後、減圧下でn−ブタノールを留去しエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル173.0部を仕込み不揮発分70.0%、粘度Y−Z(ガードナー粘度)のアミノ樹脂(A−6)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルの微濁溶液を得た。
攪拌機、温度計、コンデンサーおよび窒素導入管を備えた4ツ口フラスコにベンゾグアナミン187部、92%パラホルムアルデヒド130.5部、メタノール384.0部、10%水酸化ナトリウム1部を仕込み80℃で1時間反応し、30℃まで冷却後69%硝酸を20部仕込み35℃で2時間反応を行った。この後、50%水酸化ナトリウムにてpH9.0に調整し、減圧下でメタノールを留去しエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル180部を仕込み不揮発分70.0%、粘度Z(ガードナー粘度)のアミノ樹脂(A−7)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を得た。
攪拌機、温度計、コンデンサーおよび窒素導入管を備えた4ツ口フラスコにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル400部を仕込み、約100℃に昇温し、反応容器内を窒素置換した後、滴下ロートよりメタアクリル酸メチル230部、エチルアクリレート116部、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート84部、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタアクリレート112部、N,N−ブトキシメチルアクリルアミド56部、アクリル酸2部、有機過酸化物(日本油脂社製「パーブチルO」18部を4時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了1時間後に、有機過酸化物(日本油脂社製「パーブチルO」6部を添加し、更に4時間反応を継続した。不揮発分60.2%のアクリル樹脂(B−1)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を得た。
攪拌機、温度計、コンデンサーおよび窒素導入管を備えた4ツ口フラスコにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル370.3部を仕込み、約100℃に昇温し、反応容器内を窒素置換した後、滴下ロートよりメタアクリル酸メチル208部、エチルアクリレート116部、2エチルヘキシルアクリレート84部、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタアクリレート112部、N,N−ブトキシメチルアクリルアミド56部、アクリル酸24部、有機過酸化物(日本油脂社製「パーブチルO」18部を4時間かけて滴下した。滴下終了1時間後に、有機過酸化物(日本油脂社製「パーブチルO」6部を添加し、更に4時間反応を継続し、その後ジメチルエタノールアミン29.7部を仕込み不揮発分60.0%のアクリル樹脂(B−2)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を得た。
製造例1〜7で得たアミノ樹脂(A−1〜A−7)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液と製造例8、9で得られたアクリル樹脂(B−1、B−2)のエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル溶液を用いて、第2表に示す組成(固形分比)にしたがって各成分を混合し、実施例1〜4、比較例1、2はエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルにてフォードカップNO4で60秒に粘度調整し、実施例5、比較例3は水にてフォードカップNO4で60秒に粘度調整した。得られた塗料をバーコーターでTFS板(クロム処理鋼板)上に塗装し、180℃で10分間焼き付け硬化させ、膜厚6〜8μmの塗膜を得た。

塗膜表面滑性;表面性測定機(新東科学社製「HEIDONN−14」を用いて、荷重200g、ボール圧子φ10mm、移動速度100mm/分の条件にて、25℃、湿度50%RHで動摩擦係数を測定した。30分間熱水に浸漬処理した後の硬化塗膜においても同様の試験を行った。
○:動摩擦係数0.1以上0.2未満;表面滑性は実用領域。
×:動摩擦係数0.2以上;表面滑性は不良。
Claims (6)
- 前記アミノ樹脂(A)が、尿素、メラミン、ベンゾグアナミン、シクロヘキサンカルボグアナミン、ステログアナミン及びスピログアナミンよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物及び前記反応物(a)から誘導されるものである請求項1に記載の塗料用樹脂組成物。
- 前記アミノ樹脂(A)100重量部中に、前記した少なくとも1個のエポキシ基を有するシリコーン化合物の構成単位を0.1〜10重量部有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塗料用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の塗料用樹脂組成物を含有してなる塗料。
- 請求項5に記載の塗料を塗装して得られる塗装物。
