Abstract

- ホール障壁層と、
光生成層と、
電荷輸送層と、
必要に応じて用いられるオーバーコーティング層と、
を備え、
前記電荷輸送層および前記オーバーコーティング層のうちの少なくとも1つがゾル−ゲルプロセスにおいて形成される、光導電性イメージング部材。 - 基板にホール障壁層を塗布する工程と、
前記ホール障壁層上に光生成層を塗布する工程と、
前記光生成層上に電荷輸送層を塗布する工程と、
前記電荷輸送層上に、必要に応じてオーバーコーティング層を塗布する工程と、
を含み、
前記電荷輸送層および前記オーバーコーティング層のうちの少なくとも1つがゾル−ゲルプロセスにおいて形成される、光導電性イメージング部材の形成法。
