Abstract
【解決手段】30インチ以上の液晶ディスプレイに用いられる基板であって、0.8mm以上の板厚を有することを特徴とする。特に60GPa以上のヤング率を有し、質量百分率でSiO2 50〜70%、Al2O3 3〜25%、B2O3 0〜20%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜15%、BaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜10%、TiO2 0〜5%、P2O5 0〜5%含有する無アルカリガラスからなることが好ましい。

Description
また本発明の液晶ディスプレイ用基板は、無アルカリガラスからなることを特徴とする。
また本発明の液晶ディスプレイ用基板は、ヤング率×板厚の積が50×106(Pa・m)以上の非ガラス材料からなることを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 30インチ以上の液晶ディスプレイに用いられる基板であって、0.8mm以上の板厚を有することを特徴とする液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
- ヤング率が60GPa以上のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
- 無アルカリガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
- 質量百分率でSiO2 50〜70%、Al2O3 3〜25%、B2O3 0〜20%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜15%、BaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜10%、ZnO 0〜10%、TiO2 0〜5%、P2O5 0〜5%含有するガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
- 680×880mm以上のサイズの素板を切断してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
- ヤング率×板厚の積が50×106(Pa・m)以上の非ガラス材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1の液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
- 液晶テレビ用ディスプレイに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の液晶ディスプレイ用基板。
