Claims (7)
- ガス通路を有する支持基板の一方側主面に固体電解質、拡散防止層、酸素側電極、他方側主面にインターコネクタを設けるとともに、前記拡散防止層を、前記固体電解質と前記酸素側電極との間であって、前記支持基板の一方側主面にのみ形成してなることを特徴とする燃料電池セル。
- 支持基板の側面が外方に突出する曲面状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池セル。
- 支持基板の一方側主面に形成された固体電解質表面の一部に拡散防止層が形成され、該拡散防止層表面の一部に酸素側電極が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池セル。
- 拡散防止層は、支持基板の長さ方向全域にわたって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 導電性支持基板に燃料側電極、固体電解質、酸素側電極が順次設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 分散型発電用として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 請求項1乃至6のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セルを収納容器内に複数収納してなることを特徴とする燃料電池。
