Description
a×b×t=A×t/(a×b)
の式が成立する。なお、上記式の左辺の項であるa×b×tは支持基板の主面が形成された部分の体積を示し、右辺の項であるt/(a×b)は支持基板の主面が形成された部分の抵抗の関数を示す。
本発明の燃料電池セルにおいては、この式において、a×bの値が3000〜5250を満足するものである。

Claims (8)
- 導電性支持基板の一方側主面に、内側電極、固体電解質、拡散防止層、外側電極を順次設け、他方側主面にインターコネクタを設けるとともに、内部にガス流路を有する燃料電池セルであって、前記導電性支持基板の一方側主面のガス流路形成方向の長さをa(mm)、それと直交する方向の幅をb(mm)としたとき、a×bの値が3000〜5250を満足し、前記導電性支持基板の厚みtが2〜5mmの範囲内であるとともに、前記固体電解質、前記拡散防止層、前記外側電極のそれぞれの形成面積がこの順に小さいことを特徴とする燃料電池セル。
- a>bを満足することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池セル。
- 前記導電性支持基板の一方側主面の幅bが20〜40mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池セル。
- 前記導電性支持基板の一方側主面の長さaが150〜250mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 前記導電性支持基板が複数のガス流路を有し、該ガス流路の直径Rが1〜3mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 前記導電性支持基板が複数のガス流路を有し、隣設するガス流路間の距離Lが1.8〜3.8mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 分散型発電用として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セル。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池セルを収納容器内に複数収納してなることを特徴とする燃料電池。
