Abstract
【解決手段】 溶融スプレーガン用の局所環境保護セル10は、上面及び底面を有し、スプレーガンの外周に取付けるのに適した環状リング12と、リング12の底面内に複数の開口を有する環状リング12の回りに放射状に配置され真空を提供するように真空源と流体連通している複数の流路20とを有している。この局所環境保護セル10を使用することにより、局所ボンディングコートの設置が可能になると共に溶融修復プロセスに伴う工程数が最小になる。例えば、この局所環境保護セル10を使用することにより、溶融プロセス中に溶融と低酸化物ボンディングコートの形成とが可能になり、そのため、溶融プロセスの後にボンディングコートを設置するために基材を別個のスプレーセルに配置する必要がなくなる。

Claims (11)
- 溶融スプレーガン用の局所環境保護セル(10)であって、
上面及び底面(24)を有しており、スプレーガン(14)の外周(15)に取付けるのに適した環状リング(12)と、
リング(12)の底面(24)内に複数の開口(16)を含む環状リング(12)の回りに放射状に配置されており、真空を提供するために真空源(26)と流体連通している複数の流路(20)と
を含んでなる、局所環境保護セル(10)。 - 複数の流路(20)が、環状リング(12)内に含まれる環状通路と流体連通している一端と、真空源(26)と流体連通している他端とを有する複数のチューブからなり、各チューブが環状リング(12)の周辺に沿って均一の間隔をもって配置されている、請求項1記載の局所環境保護セル(10)。
- 複数の流路(20)が、環状リング(12)を通って底面(24)内の開口まで延びる1以上の通路と流体連通している一端と、真空源(26)と流体連通している他端とを有する複数のチューブからなる、請求項1又は2記載の局所環境保護セル(10)。
- スプレーガン(14)がプラズマ移行型アークトーチである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の局所環境保護セル(10)。
- 基材を溶融し、溶融プロセス中に低酸化物ボンディングコートを形成するための方法であって、
基材(52)の溶融しようとする領域の周囲に不活性雰囲気を維持し、ここで、不活性雰囲気の維持は、局所環境保護セル(10)を用いてプラズマアークの周囲を真空にすることを含んでなり、
基材(52)を溶融し、基材(52)の前記領域に、後縁及び前縁を有する溶融池を形成し、
溶融池が固化する際又は固化する前に、基材(52)上にボンディングコート層を形成するのに有効な量の粉末を前記後縁に選択的に付着させる
ことを含んでなる、前記方法。 - 溶融池の形成が、プラズマ移行型アーク手段(54)でプラズマを形成し、基材領域の一部分をプラズマに暴露することからなる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、熱溶射プロセスでボンディングコート上に断熱皮膜を設置することを含んでなる、請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- プラズマ移行型アーク手段(54)におけるプラズマの形成が、プラズマ移行型アーク手段(54)の電極と基材(52)との間にアークを形成し、不活性ガスをアークに流すことからなる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- ボンディングコートがMCrAlYからなり、ここでMはFe、Ni、Co、及びNiとCoの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の方法に従って修復し、ボンディングコートを設置したタービン部品。
- 低酸化物ボンディングコートを形成する方法であって、
基材(52)の上でプラズマアークを形成し、
基材(52)の上に位置する開口を有する複数の流路(20)を含む環状リング(12)が、プラズマアークを形成するためのプラズマスプレーガン(14)の外周(15)と係合してなる局所環境保護セル(10)を用いて、プラズマアークの回りである領域の周囲を真空にして、粒子状物質、未反応粉末、オゾン、及びヒュームを真空下で基材(52)から除去し、
キャリヤーガス中の粉末(74)を基材に送達してボンディングコートを生成させる
ことを含んでなる、前記方法。
