Claims (10)
- 露光器における記録材料に対する印刷原稿の傾き記録を修正するための方法であって、
−記録材料を露光ドラム(1)に張設すること、
−露光ヘッド(11)でNレザー光線(12)を生せじめ、このレザー光線(12)で記録材料の上に送り方向に配向された露光点(21)の直線的なアレー(配列)を結像すること、
−露光ヘッド(11)を連続的に、軸方向の送りで露光ドラム(1)に沿って動かすのに対し、露光ドラム(1)を回転させ、これにより露光ドラム(1)に巻設された螺線に沿って印刷原稿(15)を記録すること、
−レザー光線(12)を、画像線(27)に組織された、記憶された画像点マトリックス(23)から取出された画像データでモジュレートすること、
−印刷原稿(15)を長さ単位あたりA画像点の露光解像度で記録する
形式のものにおいて、
屈曲した読取り路に沿って画像点マトリックス(23)から取出した画像データから記録線(25)を形成すること、
レザー光線(12)を記録線(25)の画像データでモジュレートする
ことを特徴とする、原稿を露光する際の傾き露光を修正する方法。 - 読取り路が角度を成して画像点マトリックス(23)を通って走っており、前記角度が露光ドラム(1)の円周線に対し前記螺線が形成する角度である請求項1記載の方法。
- 記録線(25)が、隣り合う画像線(27)から取出された線区分(28)から構成されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 線区分(28)あたりの画像点Kの数が式:
K=(U×A)/N
によって決定され、この場合Uが露光ドラム(1)の円周である、
請求項3記載の方法。 - 次の画像線(27)において次の線区分(28)が開始する変換点Tiが式:
Ti=[i×K]1 (i=0,1,2,....)
で決定され、この場合、括弧における積i×Kは次の整数に切上げれる、請求項3又は4記載の方法。 - 次の画像線(27)において次の線区分(28)が開始する変換点Tiが式:
Ti=[i×K]WL (i=0,1,2,....)
によって決定され、その際、括弧内の積i×KはWLによって整数的に割ることのできる次の数に丸められておりかつWLが画像マトリックス(23)がBitで記録されているメモリーのワード長さである、
請求項3又は4記載のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - −i番目の線区分の開始のための計算された次の画像線における変換点Tbが式:
Tb=[i×K]1 (i=0,1,2,....)
により決定されており、その際、括弧内の積i×Kは、次の整数に丸められており、
−計算された変換点Tbの周囲の検査領域(30)にて、瞬間の画像線(27)及び/又は次の画像線(27)において画像データに少なくとも1つの飛躍が発生しているか否かを検査し、
−次の画像線(27)にて次の線区分(28)が開始する瞬間の変換点Tiを画像データに色飛躍が生じる個所に規定する、
請求項3又は4記載の方法。 - 計算された変換点Tbにもっとも近く位置する色飛躍にて瞬間の変換点Tiが規定される、請求項7記載の方法。
- N記録線(25)が間隔1/Aで平行に記録材料に露光される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- N記録線(25)が1/Aの整数倍である間隔で記録材料に平行に露光される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
