Abstract
【解決手段】 カートリッジ1は外筒2と別体の内筒3とを有し、両者がそれぞれ一方の端部においてそれぞれ首部6,7へ向かって細くなっており、外筒の首部の内側と内筒の首部の外側にそれぞれ係止部材が設けられており、係止部材は、内筒を外筒内へ同軸に導入した場合に、それら係止部材が内筒を外筒に対して同軸かつ予め定められた軸方向の位置に固定するように、互いに係合することができる外筒の首部の係止部材が、軸方向に互いに連続する多数の溝によって形成され、内筒の首部の係止部材は、軸方向に互いに連続する、首部に一体的に形成された多数のリブ9によって形成されている。

Claims (13)
- 外筒と別体の内筒とを有し、それら両者がそれぞれ一方の端部においてそれぞれ首部へ向かって細くなっており、外筒の首部の内側と内筒の首部の外側にそれぞれ係止部材が設けられており、前記係止部材は、内筒を外筒内へ同軸に導入した場合に、それら係止部材が内筒を外筒に対して同軸かつ予め定められた軸方向の位置に固定するように、互いに係合することができる、同軸2成分カートリッジにおいて、
外筒(2;102)の首部(6;106)の係止部材が、軸方向に互いに連続する多数の溝(8;108)によって形成され、内筒(3;103)の首部(7;107)の係止部材が、軸方向に互いに連続する、首部(7;107)に一体的に形成された多数のリブ(9;109)によって形成され、かつ
リブ(9;109)を含む内筒(3;103)の首部(7;107)の外径が、少なくとも、溝(8;108)の内径の大きさであることを特徴とする、同軸2成分カートリッジ。 - リブ(9;109)の軸方向の間隔が、溝(8;108)の間隔と一致し、従って組み立てられた状態において互いに噛合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- 溝(8;108)の数が、リブ(9;109)の数と等しいか、あるいはほぼ同じ大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- リブ(9;109)が、内筒(3;103)の首部(7;107)の長さの少なくとも半分にわたって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- リブ(9;109)は、内筒(3;103)の首部(7;107)の周面に沿って、多数の個々のセグメントにわたって延びており、前記セグメント間にリブ(9;109)のない周セグメント(18;118)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- すべてのリブ(9;109)が周方向において、対応づけられた溝(8;108)の直径に対して等しい長さであって、かつこの方向に互いに対して等間隔で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- リブ(9;109)は、内筒(3;103)が取り付けられていない状態において、その中心軸に対して垂直に延びており、かつ
溝(8;108)は外筒(2;102)の中心軸に対して垂直な平面内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。 - リブ(9;109)を含めた内筒(3)の首部(7;107)の外径と、外筒(2;102)の首部(6;106)の内径が、それぞれ出口端部の方向へ向かって細くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- リブ(9)を含めた内筒(3)の外径が、溝(8)の内側直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- リブ(109)も溝(108)も、互いに適合する螺合ねじとして形成されており、前記螺合ねじによって内筒(103)が外筒(102)と螺合により結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- 2つの筒(2、3;102、103)が射出成形方法でプラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- 溝(8;108)が、強制型外しにより、あるいは脱螺合によって後方から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
- 外筒(2;102)に、この外筒と一体的な、分離可能、引裂き可能または破断可能な栓または蓋(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の同軸2成分カートリッジ。
