Abstract
【解決手段】シリンダ本体51と排気通路54とを備えるエンジン5と、二次空気を吸入する二次空気用エアクリーナ61と、この二次空気用エアクリーナ61と排気通路54を連通する二次空気供給通路62と、この二次空気供給通路62を開閉するリード弁装置63を備えた自動二輪車1において、リード弁装置63は、シリンダ本体51に形成された弁室63bと、この弁室63bに設けられる弁体63cとからなる。

Description
前記リード弁装置は、前記シリンダ本体に形成された弁室と、この弁室に設けられる弁体とからなることを特徴とする二次空気供給装置である。
前記連通二次空気供給通路は前記シリンダ本体にシリンダ軸方向に一体形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次空気供給装置である。
前記連通二次空気供給通路は前記弁室側の開口を備え、前記開口を覆う位置まで、前記弁体の弁ストッパを延ばしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次空気供給装置である。
前記弁室をシリンダ軸線に対して傾斜して開口したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次空気供給装置である。
前記エンジンはシリンダ軸方向を前後にして車体に懸架され、
前記リード弁装置を前記エンジンのシリンダ本体の下側に配置したことを特徴とする自動二輪車である。
前記空気吸い込み管の吸い込み口を覆うカバーの内側に形成された空間に開口したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自動二輪車である。

Claims (10)
- シリンダ本体と排気通路とを備えるエンジンと、二次空気を吸入する二次空気用エアクリーナと、この二次空気用エアクリーナと排気通路を連通する二次空気供給通路と、この二次空気供給通路を開閉するリード弁装置を備えた二次空気供給装置において、
前記リード弁装置は、前記シリンダ本体に形成された弁室と、この弁室に設けられる弁体とからなることを特徴とする二次空気供給装置。 - 前記弁室の底部から弁室開口に向けてリブを形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次空気供給装置。
- 前記二次空気供給通路は、前記弁室と前記排気通路とを連通する連通二次空気供給通路を備え、
前記連通二次空気供給通路は前記シリンダ本体にシリンダ軸方向に一体形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次空気供給装置。 - 前記二次空気供給通路は、前記弁室と前記排気通路とを連通する連通二次空気供給通路を備え、
前記連通二次空気供給通路は前記弁室側の開口を備え、前記開口を覆う位置まで、前記弁体の弁ストッパを延ばしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次空気供給装置。 - 前記シリンダ本体の側面のシリンダ軸方向の略幅と、シリンダ軸方向に対して直交する方向の略幅の間に、前記弁室を開口したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の二次空気供給装置。
- 前記シリンダ本体は、シリンダ軸方向に対して直交する方向の略幅をシリンダ軸方向の略幅より小とし、
前記弁室をシリンダ軸線に対して傾斜して開口したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次空気供給装置。 - 前記シリンダ本体の側面の開口部以外の部分に冷却水孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次空気供給装置。
- シリンダ本体と排気通路とを備えるエンジンと、二次空気を吸入する二次空気用エアクリーナと、この二次空気用エアクリーナと排気通路を連通する二次空気供給通路と、この二次空気供給通路を開閉するリード弁装置を備えた自動二輪車において、
前記エンジンはシリンダ軸方向を前後にして車体に懸架され、
前記リード弁装置を前記エンジンのシリンダ本体の下側に配置したことを特徴とする自動二輪車。 - 前記二次空気用エアクリーナは、空気吸い込み管を備え、
前記空気吸い込み管の吸い込み口を覆うカバーの内側に形成された空間に開口したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の自動二輪車。 - 前記吸い込み口を後下方に指向させたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自動二輪車。
