Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジンが運転されておりエンジン要求パワーPe*がエンジン停止判定値Pstpを下回ったときにエンジンの運転を停止し(S330〜S370)、エンジンが運転停止しておりエンジン要求パワーPe*がエンジン始動判定値Pstrtを上回ったときにエンジンを始動する(S250〜S310)。レギュラー燃料使用時のエンジン停止判定値Pstp,エンジン始動判定値Pstrtには通常時より小さい値が設定されているから、通常時よりもエンジンが運転された状態となりやすい。また、レギュラー燃料使用時にはエンジンの目標回転数Ne*に補正回転数ΔNを上乗せする(S260,S270)。この結果、内燃機関から出力される動力が低下したときにより適切に対応することができる。

Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定する目標運転ポイント設定手段と、
前記内燃機関に対して前記目標運転ポイントとなるように予め設定された制御がなされているにも拘らず該内燃機関から出力される動力が該目標運転ポイントに対応する動力よりも低くなる出力低下状態を検出する出力低下検出手段と、
該出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出していないときには所定の制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記出力低下状態を検出したときには前記内燃機関から出力される動力が大きくなる方向に前記所定の制御パラメータ値を補正すると共に該補正した制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、を備え、前記駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関に対して前記目標運転ポイントとなるように予め設定された制御がなされているにも拘らず該内燃機関から出力される動力が該目標運転ポイントに対応する動力よりも低くなる出力低下状態を検出し、
(c)該出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出していないときには所定の制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記出力低下状態を検出したときには前記内燃機関から出力される動力が大きくなる方向に前記所定の制御パラメータ値を補正すると共に該補正した制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (11)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定する目標運転ポイント設定手段と、
前記内燃機関に対して前記目標運転ポイントとなるように予め設定された制御がなされているにも拘らず該内燃機関から出力される動力が該目標運転ポイントに対応する動力よりも低くなる出力低下状態を検出する出力低下検出手段と、
該出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出していないときには所定の制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記出力低下状態を検出したときには前記内燃機関から出力される動力が大きくなる方向に前記所定の制御パラメータ値を補正すると共に該補正した制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、所定の始動判定値と停止判定値とを用いて前記内燃機関の始動と停止とを制御し、前記出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出したときには該出力低下状態を検出していないときと比較して該内燃機関が始動されやすくおよび/または停止されにくくなるように該所定の始動判定値および/または停止判定値を補正する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記目標運転ポイント設定手段は、前記目標運転ポイントとして前記内燃機関の目標回転数と目標トルクとを設定する手段であり、
前記制御手段は、前記出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出したときには該出力低下状態を検出していないときと比較して前記内燃機関の目標回転数を大きい値に補正する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、補正前の前記内燃機関の目標回転数と補正後の前記内燃機関の目標回転数との偏差が所定の範囲内となるように該内燃機関の目標回転数を補正する手段である請求項3記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出したときには該出力低下状態を検出していないときと比較して前記内燃機関のスロットルバルブの開度を大きい値に補正する手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、補正前の前記内燃機関のスロットルバルブの開度と補正後の前記内燃機関のスロットルバルブの開度との偏差が所定の範囲内となるように該内燃機関のスロットルバルブの開度を補正する手段である請求項5記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記出力低下検出手段は、前記内燃機関のノッキング制御の開始を検出することにより前記出力低下状態を検出する手段である請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸の3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力する発電機とを備える手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸に取り付けられた第1の回転子と前記駆動軸に取り付けられた第2の回転子とを有し該第1の回転子と該第2の回転子との電磁作用による電力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する対回転子電動機である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし9いずれか記載の動力出力装置を備え、前記駆動軸が機械的に車軸に接続されて走行する自動車。
- 内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、を備え、前記駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関に対して前記目標運転ポイントとなるように予め設定された制御がなされているにも拘らず該内燃機関から出力される動力が該目標運転ポイントに対応する動力よりも低くなる出力低下状態を検出し、
(c)該出力低下検出手段により前記出力低下状態を検出していないときには所定の制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記出力低下状態を検出したときには前記内燃機関から出力される動力が大きくなる方向に前記所定の制御パラメータ値を補正すると共に該補正した制御パラメータ値を用いて前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する、
動力出力装置の制御方法。
