Abstract
【解決手段】アンバー色の光を照射する車両用灯具であって、青色の光を発生する発光ダイオードと、発光ダイオードが発生する光に応じて、ピーク波長がアンバー色の波長と略同じ、又はアンバー色の波長よりも長い光を発生する長波長用蛍光体と、発光ダイオードが発生する光のほぼ全部を遮断し、かつ長波長用蛍光体の発生する光のうち、ピーク波長近傍における波長の光のほぼ全部を透過することにより、発光ダイオード及び長波長用蛍光体が発生する光に基づき、アンバー色の光を生成する光学フィルタとを備える。

Claims (5)
- アンバー色の光を照射する車両用灯具であって、
青色の光を発生する発光ダイオードと、
前記発光ダイオードが発生する前記青色の光に応じて、ピーク波長が前記アンバー色の波長と略同じ、又は前記アンバー色の波長よりも長い光を発生する長波長用蛍光体と、
前記発光ダイオードが発生する光のほぼ全部を遮断し、かつ前記長波長用蛍光体の発生する光のうち、前記ピーク波長近傍における波長の光のほぼ全部を透過することにより、前記発光ダイオード及び前記長波長用蛍光体が発生する光に基づき、前記アンバー色の光を生成する光学フィルタと
を備える車両用灯具。 - 少なくとも発光ダイオードと、
該発光ダイオードが発光する光に応じて、ピークにおける波長がアンバー色の波長と略同じ、又はアンバー色の波長よりも長い光を発光する長波長用蛍光体と、
透過限界波長から短波長側を遮断し、長波長側を透過する光学フィルタと
を有するアンバー色の光を照射する車両用灯具であって、
前記光学フィルタは、透過限界波長が前記発光ダイオードの発光する光のピークにおける波長と、前記長波長用蛍光体の発光する光のピークにおける波長との間に位置し、発光ダイオードと長波長用蛍光体から発光する連続スペクトルの光強度が最も低い位置から長波長側でかつ、前記長波長用蛍光体から発生する光のピークにおける波長よりも短波長側に位置することを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記光学フィルタの透過限界波長は、さらに前記長波長用蛍光体の発光する光のピークの50%の光強度における波長よりも短波長側に位置する請求項2記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記長波長用蛍光体は、Y3Al5O12:Ce、又はTb3Al5O12:Ceを含む請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記長波長用蛍光体は、MxSiyNz:Eu(但し、z=2x/3+4y/3、Mはアルカリ土類金属の群から選択される少なくとも一つ)を含む請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。
