Abstract
【解決手段】発光モジュールは、発光素子と、発光素子が発する光により励起され可視光を発光する蛍光体と、を備える。発光素子は、作動開始直後に該発光素子が発する光のピーク波長が蛍光体の励起スペクトルのピーク波長よりも短く、作動による素子の温度上昇に伴い該発光素子が発する光のピーク波長が蛍光体の励起スペクトルのピーク波長に向かってシフトするように構成されている。

Claims (4)
- 発光素子と、
前記発光素子が発する光により励起され可視光を発光する蛍光体と、を備え、
前記発光素子は、作動開始直後に該発光素子が発する光のピーク波長が前記蛍光体の励起スペクトルのピーク波長よりも短く、作動による素子の温度上昇に伴い該発光素子が発する光のピーク波長が前記蛍光体の励起スペクトルのピーク波長に向かってシフトするように構成されていることを特徴とする発光モジュール。 - 前記発光素子は、連続作動によって素子の温度が定常状態になった場合に、該発光素子が発する光のピーク波長が前記蛍光体の励起スペクトルのピーク波長と合うように構成された発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記発光素子は、青色光を発光する発光ダイオードであり、
前記蛍光体は、励起スペクトルが前記青色光のピーク波長を含む黄色系蛍光体である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発光モジュール。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールが載置される放熱部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
