Abstract
【解決手段】 樹脂成形品の製造方法は、レーザ光13に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂部材2と、レーザ光13に対して吸収性のある吸収性樹脂部材3とを当接させ、透過性樹脂部材2の表面側から透過性樹脂部材2と吸収性樹脂部材3との当接面にレーザ光13を照射することにより当接面に溶融スポット4を形成し、透過性樹脂部材2と吸収性樹脂部材3とを溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、透過性樹脂部材2の表面には、表面に入射するレーザ光13のうち、溶融スポット4の中央部分40に到達する成分の到達距離L1を、溶融スポット4の外側部分41に到達する成分の到達距離L2、L3よりも、大きくするために、凸状部20が配置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 熱源としてのレーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂部材と、該レーザ光に対して吸収性のある吸収性樹脂部材とを当接させ、該透過性樹脂部材の表面側から該透過性樹脂部材と該吸収性樹脂部材との当接面に該レーザ光を照射することにより該当接面に溶融スポットを形成し、該透過性樹脂部材と該吸収性樹脂部材とを溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記透過性樹脂部材の表面には、該表面に入射する前記レーザ光のうち、前記溶融スポットの中央部分に到達する成分の到達距離を、該溶融スポットの外側部分に到達する成分の到達距離よりも、大きくするために、凸状部が配置されている樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 熱源としてのレーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂部材と、該レーザ光に対して吸収性のある吸収性樹脂部材とを当接させ、該透過性樹脂部材の表面側から該透過性樹脂部材と該吸収性樹脂部材との当接面に該レーザ光を照射することにより該当接面に溶融スポットを形成し、該透過性樹脂部材と該吸収性樹脂部材とを溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記透過性樹脂部材の表面には、該表面に入射する前記レーザ光のうち、前記溶融スポットの中央部分に到達する成分の少なくとも一部を、該溶融スポットの外側部分に到達するように屈折させるために、凹状部が配置されている樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 熱源としてのレーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂部材と、該レーザ光に対して吸収性のある吸収性樹脂部材とを当接させ、該透過性樹脂部材の表面側から該透過性樹脂部材と該吸収性樹脂部材との当接面に該レーザ光を照射することにより該当接面に溶融スポットを形成し、該透過性樹脂部材と該吸収性樹脂部材とを溶着する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記レーザ光を発射するレーザ装置には、該レーザ光を前記溶融スポットの外側部分に優先的に照射するレーザ光調整手段が配置されている樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記レーザ光調整手段は、単一の前記レーザ光を複数の成分に分割するレーザ光分割手段である請求項3に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 熱源としてのレーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂部材と、該レーザ光に対して吸収性のある吸収性樹脂部材と、がレーザ溶着されてなる樹脂成形品であって、
前記透過性樹脂部材の表面には、溶着跡に沿う凸状部が配置されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 熱源としてのレーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂部材と、該レーザ光に対して吸収性のある吸収性樹脂部材と、がレーザ溶着されてなる樹脂成形品であって、
前記透過性樹脂部材の表面には、溶着跡に沿う凹状部が配置されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。
