Abstract
【解決手段】高い塩素要求水における微生物を殺滅し、そして生物汚染を制御するための方法であって、塩素ドナー、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム又は酸化剤を臭化アンモニウムに徐々に添加して混合物を調整し、該混合物を混合直後に処理されるべき水系システムに添加する。
Description
本発明の他の目的及び利点は、説明が進行するにつれて明らかになるであろう
好ましくは、前記2種の成分は、特定の順序で混合され、そして特に酸化剤はアンモニウム塩の溶液に添加される。本発明の好ましい形においては、酸化剤はNaOClであり、そして好ましくは、混合物中の塩素の最終濃度が塩素として0.01〜1%に達するまで、塩素に対して0.01〜2%等モルの範囲で希釈されたアンモニウム塩の十分に混合された溶液にゆっくりと添加される。生物殺滅性原液のバッチ又は連続形成のいづれかが効果的である。
生物殺滅性混合物は、水システムにおける要求が60分以内で2.0ppm〜1.8ppmのCl2を越える場合、他の酸化性生物殺滅剤(たとえば塩素又は臭素)よりもより効果的であることが見出された。N/Clのモル比は好ましくは1:1である。過剰のNが使用され得る。
混合物が添加される水の温度は、10〜60℃の範囲であり得る。アンモニウム塩の溶液の温度は、NaOClが添加される場合、10〜30℃であるべきである。pHは、NaOCl溶液の濃度により調節され;好ましくは、pH範囲は8.0〜12.5であるべきである。活性成分は、pH7及びpH8で効果的であった。効能のいくらかの低下が、pH9で示された。
生物殺滅性混合物は、水要求が低い場合でさえ、汚染されたシステムのショック処理のために非常に有効であり、そして酸化性生物殺滅剤の効果的な毎日の使用を可能にする。9mg/lのレベル(塩素として)が、汚染されたシステムを清浄するのに十分である。
本発明の好ましい形においては、混合物が形成され、そしていづれか適切な手段、たとえば液体計量型ポンプ又は重力によりバッチ的に又は連続的に供給される。本発明は、上記のようにして調製された溶液を含んで成る。
次のものは、本発明の方法の可能性ある適用の非制限的な例である:再循環冷却水、醸造所低温生物殺滅剤、空気洗浄器、蒸発冷却水、スクラバー、池及び水湖の水、閉水冷却システム、食用植物の消毒、漂白−パルプ及び紙、等。本発明の方法は、他の水処理化学物質、腐蝕及びスケールインヒビター、等に適合できる。
用量:Cl2として1ppm
塩素要求:20分以内で1ppm〜0.1ppm
NH4Br+NaOCl:原液濃度:Cl2として1000ppm
試験されたMO:バシラス マイコイデス(bacillus mycoides)
用量:Cl2として2ppm
NH4Br+NaOCl:1:1のモル比;原液濃度:0.5%;
NH4Br+NaOClを、予備混合し又は緩衝液に現場添加した。
要求:60分以内で2ppm のCl2 〜1.8ppm
水要求:60分以内で30ppmより高いCl2(30ppmのCl2から)
原液(NH4Cl+NaOCl)の濃度:1000ppm
AlgicolIIは、第四アンモニウム塩である。
効能は60℃で測定された。
NH4Br+NaOCl:0.1%の原液濃度
用量:30ppmの活性成分
インキュベーション温度:60℃
用量:Cl2として30ppm
要求:10分間30ppmのCl2 〜30ppm 以上のCl2
NH4X+NaOClの原液:Cl2として0.1%
用量:Cl2として15mg/l
微生物は37℃でインキュベートされた(合計の好気性生存計数)。

原溶液はpH14.0,7.0,4.0で及び水において形成された。
現場添加に関して:NH4 X及びNaOClの両者が適切なpHで溶解された。
研究は、産業廃水で行なわれた。
原液濃縮物は、pH7.00の緩衝液において調製された。
生物殺滅剤の用量:Cl2 として4ppm

スケール及び腐蝕インヒビター:CWC:100mg/l
塔を、低レベル(0.1〜1.2kg/日)のBCDMH供給に基づいて制御した。BCDMHの使用は、組成がイオン交換体において軟化される限り効果的であった。

循環速度:6m3 /時。サイジング混合物は、8時間ごとに供給される(30lづつ)NaOCl(Cl2 として10%)により前もって処理された。この処理により、フィルターは、2時間ごとに洗浄されるべきである。
1日3度のNaOCl(Cl2 として10%、13l)及びNH4 Br(2.5kg)の供給は、サイズプレスにおけるフィルターをきれいに維持し;NH4 Br+NaOClによる処理は、サイジング混合物に添加されるブルー染料と適合でき、そしてNaOClと異なり、ブルースターチを漂白しなかった。

- 高い塩素要求水における微生物を殺滅し、そして生物汚染を制御するための方法であって、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを臭化アンモニウムに徐々に添加して混合物を調整し、該混合物を混合直後に処理されるべき水系システムに添加することを特徴とする方法。
- 高い塩素要求水における微生物を殺滅し、そして生物汚染を制御するための方法であって、酸化剤を臭化アンモニウムに徐々に添加して混合物を調整し、該混合物を混合直後に処理されるべき水系システムに添加することを特徴とする方法。
