Abstract
【解決手段】フィードブロック11に接続された中間層形成用のドープ28を送る中間層用のパイプ26は、曲率半径Rが50mm以上400mm以下の曲管部31と、この曲管部31に接続され、水平面となす角度θが0°以上20°以下の直管部32とを有する。送液開始時にエアー抜きバルブ35〜37を開放し、ドープ28が出てきたらエアー抜きバルブ35〜37をある程度閉め、エアーが完全に出なくなったらエアー抜きバルブ35〜37を全閉する。これにより、フィードブロック11内にエアー溜まり38が入る前に、これをパイプ26から完全に抜くことができるから、ダイリップ13から吐出される多層流延膜14に気泡が混入することが未然に防止される。この結果、多層流延膜14がはじけ飛んでダイリップ13に付着し、これが原因でフイルムにスジが入るというトラブルが防止される。

Claims (6)
- 送液路を介して樹脂溶液を連続的に流延ダイに送り込み、流延ダイのダイリップから支持体の上に樹脂溶液を押し出して流延樹脂膜を形成する流延樹脂膜製造装置において、
前記送液路は、前記流延ダイに接続され、曲率半径が50mm以上400mm以下の曲管部と、この曲管部に接続され、水平面とのなす角度が0°以上20°以下の直管部とを有することを特徴とする流延樹脂膜製造装置。 - 前記曲管部又は直管部にエアー抜きバルブを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流延樹脂膜製造装置。
- 前記曲管部又は直管部に気泡センサを設けたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の流延樹脂膜製造装置。
- 前記樹脂溶液は、セルロースエステル溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の流延樹脂膜製造装置。
- 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の流延樹脂膜製造装置により製造されたことを特徴とする偏光板保護フイルム。
- 請求項5記載の偏光板保護フイルムを用いたことを特徴とする偏光板。
