Abstract
【解決手段】 ホイールHに装着した状態でタイヤ内面4とリム11との間に空洞部5を形成する空気入りタイヤにおいて、空洞部5の断面積がタイヤ周方向に変化するようにタイヤ内面4に突起物6を付加し、該突起物6にタイヤ内面4に接着された接着部6aと該接着部6aからタイヤ内面4に沿って延出する非接着部6bとを設ける。

Description
タイヤ内面に突起物を付加することなく、空洞部の断面積変化率を0%にした。
ビード部のタイヤ内面にタイヤ周方向に沿って間欠的に突起物を付加し、該突起物を全幅にわたってタイヤ内面に接着した。空洞部の断面積変化率は3.0%にした。
図1及び図2に示すように、ビード部のタイヤ内面に突起物を付加し、該突起物にタイヤ内面に接着された接着部と該接着部からタイヤ内面に沿って延出する非接着部とを設けた。空洞部の断面積変化率は3.0%にした。
図3に示すように、ビード部のタイヤ内面に突起物を付加し、該突起物にタイヤ内面に接着された接着部と該接着部からタイヤ内面に沿って延出する非接着部とを設けた。空洞部の断面積変化率は2.0%にした。
図4に示すように、ビード部のタイヤ内面に突起物を付加し、該突起物にタイヤ内面に接着された接着部と該接着部からタイヤ内面に沿って延出する非接着部とを設けた。空洞部の断面積変化率は2.0%にした。
各試験タイヤを空気圧220kPaとして排気量2500ccの乗用車に装着し、5人のパネラーにより空洞共鳴音の発生状況について10段階で評価した。評価結果は、5人のパネラーの平均点にて示した。この評価点が小さいほど空洞共鳴音が少ないことを意味する。
JASO C607の自動車用タイヤのユニフォミティー試験方法に準拠してラジアルフォースバリエーション(RFV)を測定した。評価結果は、比較例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほどユニフォミティーが良好であることを意味する。

Claims (6)
- ホイールに装着した状態でタイヤ内面とリムとの間に空洞部を形成する空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記空洞部の断面積がタイヤ周方向に変化するようにタイヤ内面に突起物を付加し、該突起物にタイヤ内面に接着された接着部と該接着部からタイヤ内面に沿って延出する非接着部とを設けた空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着部の断面形状をタイヤ周上で均一にする一方で、前記非接着部の断面形状をタイヤ周上で不均一にした請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着部をタイヤ最大幅位置からビードトウに至る領域内に配置した請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着部をタイヤ断面高さの30%の位置からビードトウに至る領域内に配置した請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着部の接着幅をタイヤ断面高さの20%以下にした請求項3又は請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記突起物を膨張性ゴムから構成した請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
