Claims (15)
- チオメルサールの不在下または低レベルのチオメルサールの存在下で安定化されたヘマグルチニン抗原を含む不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物であって、該ヘマグルチニンがSRDアッセイにより検出可能なものであり、該調製物がHAを安定化させるために十分な量のコハク酸α−トコフェロールを含む、前記不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- コハク酸α−トコフェロールが1μg/ml〜10mg/mlの濃度で存在する、請求項1記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- コハク酸α−トコフェロールが10〜500μg/mlの濃度で存在する、請求項2記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- インフルエンザウイルス抗原調製物が、ウイルス成分抗原調製物、サブユニット抗原、化学的に又はその他により不活化された全ウイルスからなる群より選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- インフルエンザ抗原調製物がウイルス成分抗原調製物である、請求項4記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- A株及びB株ヘマグルチニンの両方を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- 三価インフルエンザウイルス調製物である、請求項6記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- 安定化B株インフルエンザHAを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のインフルエンザウイルス調製物を含むインフルエンザワクチン。
- インフルエンザの株又は各株に対するヘマグルチニン抗原の濃度が、SRDアッセイにより測定した場合に1〜1000μg/mlである、請求項9記載のインフルエンザワクチン。
- さらにアジュバントを含む、請求項9又は10記載のインフルエンザワクチン。
- 安定ヘマグルチニン抗原の調製方法であって、α−トコフェロールまたはコハク酸α−トコフェロールなどのその誘導体の存在下にて抗原を精製することを含む、前記方法。
- 投与することにより被験者におけるインフルエンザ感染症又は疾患を予防するためのワクチンの製造における請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の不活化インフルエンザウイルス調製物の使用。
- ワクチン送達が、皮内、鼻内、筋肉内、経口又は皮下送達である、請求項13記載の使用。
- インフルエンザワクチンの製造におけるヘマグルチニン安定化剤としてのα−トコフェロール又はスクシネートの使用。
