Claims (15)

前記第1金属層に隣接した少なくとも1つの第2の金属層とを含み、前記第1金属層と前記少なくとも1つの第2金属層とが異なる材料を含む請求項1に記載の電気外科器具。 - 前記第1金属層が、タングステン、タンタル、コロンビウムおよびモリブデンから成る群から選択される第1の材料を含む請求項2に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2金属層が、約300°Kで測定したときに少なくとも約2W/cm°Kの熱伝導率を有する請求項2に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2金属層が、金、銅、アルミニウムおよび銀から成る群から選択される第2の材料を含む請求項4に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記第1金属層がその間に配置される少なくとも2つの第2の金属層を含む請求項2に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記外側絶縁層が、約300°Kで測定したときに約1.2W/cm°Kの最大熱コンダクタンスを有する請求項1に記載の電気外科器具。

前記金属本体の少なくとも一部の上に配置された外側の絶縁層であって、約300°Kで測定したときに約1.2W/cm 2 °Kの最大熱コンダクタンスを有する外側の絶縁層とを含む電気外科器具。 - 前記第1金属層が、タングステン、タンタル、コロンビウムおよびモリブデンから成る群から選択される金属を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2金属層が、金、銅、アルミニウムおよび銀から成る群から選択される材料を含む請求項10に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記第1金属層がその間に配置された少なくとも2つの第2金属層を含む請求項10に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記第1金属層が、タングステン、タンタル、コロンビウムおよびモリブデンから成る群から選択される金属を含み、前記少なくとも2つの第2金属層が、各々、金、銅、アルミニウムおよび銀から成る群から選択される材料を含む請求項12に記載の電気外科器具。
- 前記外側の絶縁層が、
内側の層と、
