Abstract
【解決手段】自動車用のフェンダーサポートは、フェンダーに固定するためのファスナを具備する上部を有する金属コアを備えている。上部は、応力が横方向に向けられた場合にその剛性を強化し、かつフェンダーサポートが車両に搭載されている場合の下方向の衝撃時に座屈するように配置されているリブを具備している。金属コアはまた、所定の減速基準を満たすためにその剛性を減少させる目的の開口を含んでいてもよい。フェンダーサポートはまた、車両構造に固定されるように設計されている剛性底部を備えている。

Claims (14)
- 自動車フェンダー用のサポートであって、サポートはフェンダー用のファスナを具備する上部を有する金属コアを備えており、前記上部は、横方向に応力がかかる場合にサポートの剛性を強化し、またフェンダーサポートが車両に搭載されている場合の下方向の衝撃時に座屈するように配置されているリブを具備している、サポート。
- 金属コアは、所定の減速基準を満たすためにその剛性を減少させることを目的とする開口を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- リブは、衝撃時に座屈できるように、金属コアとの横方向の結合を行わない、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- リブは、フェンダーの形状および車両構造に応じて、60mmから90mmの範囲で鉛直に延びている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- リブは鉛直平面に平行に形成されている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- リブはコアの鉛直平面全体に垂直である、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- リブは金属コア上にオーバーモールドされている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- リブおよび開口は、フェンダーサポートの剛性強化が前記フェンダーサポートに沿って変化するようになっている、請求項2に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- 車両構造に固定するための剛性底部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- 剛性底部は高さが変化するものであり、サポートが車両構造とフェンダーの上縁間でZ方向に使用可能な空間の差異を収容することを可能にする一方で、一定のサポートの上部の高さを保持する、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- サポートの剛性底部は剛性リブアレイを含んでいる、請求項9に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- 金属コアは、S形状またはC形状の断面を有している、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- フェンダーが金属コアに固定されることを可能にする固定手段は固定ホールである、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
- 金属コアは、フェンダー、例えばボンネットに隣接する車体構造部分をインタフェースに具備するための少なくとも1つのインタフェースピースを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート。
