Claims (13)
- 自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)であって、該サポートは、サポート(10;10’)へのフェンダーの固定を可能にするためにフェンダー用の固定手段(28;28’)を具備する上部(10A;10’A)を有する金属コア(12;12’)を備えており、前記上部(10A;10’A)は、自動車の幅方向である横方向に応力がかかったとき、サポート(10;10’)の剛性を強めるように配置されたリブ(14A;14A’)を具備しており、該リブ(14A;14’A)の側縁は、フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)が自動車に取り付けられている場合に下方向である衝撃を受けたとき、座屈することができるように、金属コア(12;12’)と結合していない、前記サポート(10;10’)。
- 金属コア(12;12’)は、フェンダーに衝突した場合に歩行者の頭部が耐えられる最大の減速を数値化した基準である所定の減速基準を満たすためにその剛性を減少させることを目的とする開口(22、22’)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- リブ(14A;14’A)は、フェンダーの形状および車両構造に応じて、60mmから90mmの範囲で鉛直に延びている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- リブ(14A;14’A)は鉛直平面に平行に形成されている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- リブ(14A;14’A)はコア(12;12’)の鉛直平面全体に垂直である、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- リブ(14A;14’A)は金属コア(12;12’)上にモールドされている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- リブ(14A;14’A)および開口(22;22’)は、フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)の剛性強化が該フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)に沿って変化するようになっている、請求項2に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- 車両構造に固定するための剛性の底部(10B;10’B)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- サポートの上部(10A;10’A)の高さを一定に維持しながら、車両構造とフェンダーの上縁との間における鉛直方向の間隙の違いに適合させるために、剛性の底部(10B;10’B)の高さを変化させている、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- サポート(10;10’)の剛性の底部(10B;10’B)は剛性リブ(14B、14’B)の格子を含んでいる、請求項8に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- 金属コア(12;12’)は、S形状またはC形状の断面を有している、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
- フェンダーが金属コアに固定されることを可能にする固定手段が穴(28;28’)である、請求項1に記載の自動車フェンダー用のサポート(10;10’)。
