Abstract
【解決手段】全血サンプル中の分析対象物の存在及び/又は量を測定する方法は、サンプルを非溶血性高張性塩組成物で処理して、赤血球のサイズを減らすことによってヘマトクリットを減らすステップを含む。光学検出系では、より小さい赤血球がより大きな散乱を生じさせ、それが、より正確な修正を二重波長検出系に加えることを可能にする。光学検出系だけでなく電気化学検出系においても、より小さい赤血球は、サンプル中の分析対象物及び試薬の拡散に対して障害となりにくく、その反応を容易にする。

Claims (17)
- 血液サンプル中の分析対象物の存在及び/又は量を測定する方法であって、
(a)分析対象物の定性又は定量のための血液サンプルを用意するステップと、
(b)サンプルを非溶血性高張性塩組成物で処理してサンプルのヘマトクリットを調節するステップと、
(c)サンプル中の分析対象物の存在及び/又は量を測定するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記分析対象物が、グルコース、コレステロール、トリグリセリド、エタノール、乳酸、β−ヒドロキシブチレート、ケトン体及びフルクトサミンからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- サンプル中の分析対象物の存在及び/又は量を光学検出法によって測定する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記光学検出法が、反射率、吸光度及び透過率からなる群より選択される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 読みが分析対象物及びヘマトクリットの関数である波長で第一の光学計測を実施し、読みが実質的に分析対象物の関数ではない波長で第二の光学計測を実施し、第一の計測の読みを第二の計測の読みにしたがって修正する、請求項3記載の方法。
- サンプル中の分析対象物の存在及び/又は量を電気化学的方法によって測定する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的方法が、電流滴定法及び電量分析法からなる群より選択される、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記高張性組成物が、1種以上の有機塩又は1種以上の無機塩もしくはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法で使用するための試験用品であって、前記血液サンプルを受けるように適合されており、前記非溶血性高張性塩組成物を含む試験用品。
- 前記試験用品が試験片である、請求項9記載の試験用品。
- 前記試験片が、含浸、被覆、被着及びプリントからなる群より選択される方法により、前記非溶血性高張性塩で処理されている、請求項10記載の試験用品。
- 前記試験用品がマイクロ流体装置である、請求項9記載の試験用品。
- 前記マイクロ流体装置が、前記高張性塩組成物が被着されているチャンバ又はウェルを含む、請求項12記載の試験用品。
- 前記非溶血性高張性塩組成物がマイクロチャネルを介して前記サンプルに運ばれる、請求項12記載の試験用品。
- 請求項9記載の試験用品を含む試験キット。
- 請求項10記載の試験用品を含む試験キット。
- 請求項12記載の試験用品を含む試験キット。
