NPOE又はETH217をポリ塩化ビニル、マグネシウムイオノフォア及び親油性イオン交換塩を用いて、膜配合物を調製した。材料を固形分比10%で適切な有機溶媒に溶解した。溶液をセンサ基板上に堆積し溶媒を蒸発させて膜を形成させた。配合物は、カルシウムに対するマグネシウム選択性が得られる限り最良となるように、最適化され、全般的に少なくとも1:1より大きかった。
Claims (16)
- ポリマー材料と、
イオノフォアを含有し、前記イオノフォアがトリアミド化合物を含むマグネシウム選択性材料と、
2以上の可塑剤のブレンドであり、5.8より大きく、12.8より小さい測定logP値を有し、ニトロフェニル基及びそこから延びる疎水性鎖から成り、以下の構造式を有する可塑剤と、
を含有してなるマグネシウムイオン選択性膜。
(式中、R1は、10〜14の炭素を有する直鎖アルキル基又は12−(4−エチル−フェニル)−ドデシル基を含み)、
前記マグネシウムイオン選択性膜が、カルシウムに対してマグネシウム選択性を有する。 - 前記ポリマー材料がポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、酢酸ビニル及び上記の任意のものの共重合体からなる群から選ばれるものを含有してなる、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記可塑剤が7〜9の測定logP値を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の膜。
- 前記可塑剤が8の測定logP値を有する、請求項3に記載の膜。
- 前記マグネシウム選択性材料がイオン交換材料を含有してなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 前記イオン交換材料がテトラキス(4−クロロフェニル)ホウ酸カリウムを含有してなる、請求項5に記載の膜。
- 前記可塑剤の構造式中のR1が、12−(4−エチル−フェニル)−ドデシル基である、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の膜。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の膜を含有してなるマグネシウムイオン選択性電極。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の膜を含有するマグネシウムイオン選択性センサ。
- タンパク質含有試料中のマグネシウムの量を測定するための請求項9に記載のセンサ及び前記タンパク質含有試料中の追加の目標被検体の量を測定するための少なくとも1つの追加のセンサを含有してなるセンサアレイ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの追加のセンサが、pH、二酸化炭素分圧、酸素分圧、ナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、塩化物、ヘマトクリット、ヘモグロビン、グルコース、乳酸エステル、ビリルビン及びCOオキシメーター分画からなる群から選ばれるものの分析のために設計されている請求項10に記載のセンサアレイ。
- ポリマー材料と、
イオノフォアを含有し、前記イオノフォアがトリアミド化合物を含むマグネシウム選択性材料と、
2以上の可塑剤のブレンドであり、5.8超、12.8未満の測定logP値を有する可塑剤を含有し、
前記可塑剤が、ニトロフェニル基及びそこから延びる疎水性鎖から成り、以下の構造式を有し、
(式中、R1は、10〜14の炭素を有する直鎖アルキル基又は12−(4−エチル−フェニル)−ドデシル基を含み)、
前記マグネシウムイオン選択性膜が、カルシウムに対してマグネシウム選択性を有し、
マグネシウムイオン選択性膜を含有するセンサを準備し、
前記センサにタンパク質含有試料を導入し、
前記タンパク質含有試料中のマグネシウムの存在を決定することからなる、タンパク質系試料をマグネシウムについて分析する方法。 - 前記タンパク質含有試料が全血を含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料がポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、酢酸ビニル及び上記の任意のものの共重合体からなる群から選ばれるものを含む請求項12又は13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記可塑剤のブレンドがETH8045とニトロフェニルオクチルエーテル(NPOE)とのブレンドを含む請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記試料中の追加の被検体又はpH、二酸化炭素分圧、酸素分圧、ナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、塩化物、ヘマトクリット、ヘモグロビン、グルコース、乳酸エステル、ビリルビン及びCOオキシメーター分画からなる群から選ばれる特性の存在を検知するための1以上の追加のセンサを準備し、前記試料中の前記追加の被検体又は前記特性の存在を検知する請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
