Abstract
La presente invención está dirigida a membranas, sensores, sistemas y procesos para la detección de iones magnesio en muestras que contienen proteínas. Las novedosas membranas, sensores, sistemas y procesos se basan en el descubrimiento de que la lipofilidad del plastificante (o mezcla de plastificantes) utilizada en la formulación de membranas selectivas de iones magnesio para uso clínico es inversamente proporcional a la sensibilidad de los plastificantes y directamente proporcional a la vida de uso de los mismos.
