Abstract

Claims (5)
- 縮小部と拡大部とを備えた粉末材料吹き付け用の通路を備え、かつ、
少なくとも上記拡大部がポリベンゾイミダゾールからなることを特徴とするコールドスプレー技術用ノズル。 - 上記縮小部と上記拡大部の双方がポリベンゾイミダゾールからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 粉末材料の供給源と、
上記粉末材料をガスと混合する手段と、
上記粉末材料を被加工物に吹き付けるために上記混合手段と連通する通路を備えたノズルと、を備え、かつ、
上記ノズルは縮小部とそれに続く拡大部とを備え、かつ、
少なくとも上記拡大部はポリベンゾイミダゾールからなることを特徴とするコールドスプレーシステム。 - 上記縮小部もまたポリベンゾイミダゾールからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコールドスプレーシステム。
- 上記ノズルは一体のノズル構造であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコールドスプレーシステム。
