Abstract

 コールドスプレー用ノズルの内壁部への原料粉末の付着及びコールドスプレー用ノズルの閉塞を大幅に減少できるコールドスプレー用ノズル及びコールドスプレー装置を提供することを目的とする。この目的を達成するため、先細で円錐状の圧縮部と該圧縮部に連通する先広がりで円錐状の膨張部とを含み、原料粉末をその融点以下の作動ガスを用いて該圧縮部のノズル入口から流入させ、該膨張部先端のノズル出口より超音速流として噴出させるコールドスプレー用ノズルであって、該膨張部は、少なくとも内周壁面がフッ素樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂のいずれかの樹脂材又はこれらの複合樹脂材で形成されていることを特徴とするコールドスプレー用ノズルを採用する。
