Claims (5)
1. Сопло для холодного напыления, содержащее канал распыления порошкового материала, имеющий сужающуюся и расширяющуюся части, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере расширяющаяся часть канала выполнена из полибензимидазола.
2. Сопло по п.1, отличающееся тем, что сужающаяся часть канала также выполнена из полибензимидазола.
3. Устройство холодного напыления, содержащее источник порошкового материала, средство смешения указанного порошкового материала с газом, и связанное с вышеупомянутым средством сопло распыления порошкового материала на обрабатываемое изделие, причем сопло имеет сужающуюся и расширяющуюся части, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере расширяющаяся часть сопла выполнена из полибензимидазола.
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что сужающаяся часть сопла также выполнена из полибензимидазола.
5. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что сопло выполнено как единое целое.
