Abstract
【解決手段】上記課題を達成するため、先細で円錐状の圧縮部と該圧縮部に連通する先広がりで円錐状の膨張部とを含み、原料粉末をその融点以下の作動ガスを用いて該圧縮部のノズル入口から流入させ、該膨張部先端のノズル出口より超音速流として噴出させるコールドスプレー用ノズルであって、該膨張部は、少なくとも内周壁面が窒化ケイ素セラミックス、ジルコニアセラミックス、炭化ケイ素セラミックスのいずれかのセラミックス材で形成されていることを特徴とするコールドスプレー用ノズル等を採用する。

Claims (4)
- 先細で円錐状の圧縮部と該圧縮部に連通する先広がりで円錐状の膨張部とを含み、原料粉末を融点以下の作動ガスを用いて該圧縮部のノズル入口から流入させ、該膨張部先端のノズル出口より超音速流として噴出させるコールドスプレー用ノズルであって、
該膨張部は、少なくとも内周壁面が窒化ケイ素セラミックス、ジルコニアセラミックス、炭化ケイ素セラミックスのいずれかのセラミックス材で形成されていることを特徴とするコールドスプレー用ノズル。 - 窒化ケイ素セラミックス、ジルコニアセラミックス、炭化ケイ素セラミックスのいずれかのセラミックス材によって、膨張部及び圧縮部の全体を成形した請求項1に記載のコールドスプレー用ノズル。
- コールドスプレー用ノズルの膨張部と圧縮部とが一体成形されている請求項2に記載のコールドスプレー用ノズル。
- 原料粉末を供給する原料粉末供給手段と、作動ガス及び搬送ガスを供給するガス供給手段と、該原料粉末を、融点以下の該作動ガスを用いて超音速流として噴出させるノズルを備えたコールドスプレーガンとを含むコールドスプレー装置であって、
該ノズルに請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のコールドスプレー用ノズルを用いることを特徴とするコールドスプレー装置。
