Abstract
【解決手段】前記保護フード(8)がリングフランジ(9)を介しガス密に支承されており、熱交換器(11)がリングフランジ(9)の下側に位置し、前記流れ通路(13)が、前記案内装置(5)から発する、前記リングギャップ(12)に同心的なリング通路(14)から成っており、変向装置が前記案内装置(5)を外側から取囲む、リング状の変向スライダ(18)として構成されていること。

Claims (3)
- フード形焼鈍炉、特に鋼帯又は線束用の焼鈍炉であって、被焼鈍材(7)を受容する焼鈍台(1)と、ガス密に載置された保護フード(8)と、前記焼鈍台(1)に支承され、回転羽根(3)と保護フード(8)内で保護ガスを循環させるために前記回転羽根(3)を取囲む案内装置(5)とを有するラジアルブロワ(2)と、入口側で流れ通路(13)を介し前記ラジアルブロワ(2)の圧力側に接続されかつ出口側で前記案内装置(5)と前記保護フード(8)との間のリングギャップ(12)に開口する、保護ガスを冷却するための熱交換器(11)と、前記ラジアルブロワ(2)の圧力側の流路内に軸方向に移動可能な、前記熱交換器(11)へ通じる流路を選択的に前記ラジアルブロワ(2)に接続するための変向装置とを有している形式のものにおいて、前記保護フード(8)がリングフランジ(9)を介しガス密に支承されており、熱交換器(11)がリングフランジ(9)の下側に位置し、前記流れ通路(13)が、前記案内装置(5)から発する、前記リングギャップ(12)に同心的なリング通路(14)から成っており、変向装置が前記案内装置(5)を外側から取囲む、リング状の変向スライダ(18)として構成されていることを特徴とする、フード形焼鈍炉。
- 前記リング通路(14)と前記リングギャップ(12)とが円筒壁(15)によって互いに分離されており、該円筒壁(15)が軸方向に移動可能に支承されており、前記リング状の変向スライダ(18)を保持している、請求項1記載のフード形焼鈍炉。
- 前記案内装置(5)の前記案内羽根(6)がその外側の端面に前記変向スライダ(18)のための切欠き(20)を有している、請求項1又は2記載のフード形焼鈍炉。
