Description
(離型フィルム/体積ホログラム層/離型フィルムからなる第1積層体)
PETフィルム{東レ(株)製、ルミラーT−60、厚み50μm}上に、ホログラム形成材料として、下記組成
・ポリメチルメタクリレート系樹脂(分子量200,000)
・・・ 500質量部
・3,9−ジエチル−3′−カルボキシルメチル−2,2′−チアカルボシアニン沃素塩 ・・・ 5質量部
・ジフェニルヨードニウムヘキサフルオロアンチモネート

からなる体積ホログラム記録材料を、乾燥膜厚5μmとなるようにグラビアコートにて塗工し、塗工面に表面離型処理PETフィルム(「SP−PET」50μm、トーセロ(株)製)をラミネートし、第1の積層体を作製した。

の塗液をスライドダイを使用して乾燥後膜厚1μmとなるように均一にコートした。
表面離型性PETフイルム(「SP−PET」50μm、トーセロ(株)製)上に、感熱接着剤(EC2000、中央理化(株)製)を乾燥膜厚1μmで塗布し、第3積層体を作製した。
第1の積層体に514nmの波長のレーザー光を用いてリップマンホログラムを記録し、100℃、10分間加熱した後、一方の離型フイルムを剥離し、その剥離面に第2積層体をその透明表面保護層側から80℃でラミネートし、基材/透明表面保護層/体積ホログラム層/離型フイルムの積層構成とした。
厚さ100μmのPVCオーバーシート上に、磁気テープ{大日本インキ社製「メモリディックT−1202」磁性層膜厚10μm、ヒートシール(HS)層1〜2μm、幅7.3mm、磁界の強さが650(Oe)}を重ねて熱圧して磁性層を積層した後、オーバーシートの他方の側に、膜厚560μmの白色コアシートと厚さ100μmのPVCオーバーシートとをこの順で重ねて積層した後、温度150℃、圧力25kg/cm2 、15分間の条件で熱プレスし、磁性層を片表面に有する基材シートを得た。

を混合して得られる赤外線吸収インキを使用して、乾燥膜厚5μmとなるようにシルクスクリーン印刷した。
実施例1における体積ホログラム層転写箔における第1積層体として、PETフィルム/ホログラム記録材料層(膜厚3μm)/剥離性PETフィルムの3層構成を有するデュポン社製 HRF800x001 フィルムを使用した以外は、同様にして磁気カードを作成した。なお、ホログラム記録条件は514nmの波長のレーザー光を用いてリップマンホログラムを記録した後、高圧水銀灯を用いて200mJのUV照射を行い、100℃、10分間の加熱によりホログラム記録を行った。体積ホログラム層の回折効率は52%であった。

- カード基材と、該カード基材の一部または全部の領域に設けられた機械読み取り可能に情報を磁気的に記録するための磁性層と、少なくとも前記磁性層を隠蔽するように設けられ、金属又は金属化合物から形成された薄膜層とからなる積層構造と、該積層構造領域を含む前記カード基材の一部又は全部の領域に設けられた印刷層と、該印刷層領域と前記積層構造領域を含む前記カード基材の一部又は全部の領域に設けられた体積ホログラム層をさらに備え、該体積ホログラム層側から磁気情報の記録・再生が行われる磁気カードにおいて、前記体積ホログラム層がカチオン重合性化合物、ラジカル重合性化合物、特定波長の光に感光してラジカル重合性化合物を重合させる光ラジカル重合開始剤系、及び前記特定波長の光に対しては低感光性であり、別の波長の光に感光してカチオン重合性化合物を重合させる光カチオン重合開始剤系からなる感光性材料からなるものであることを特徴とする磁気カード。
- カード基材と、該カード基材の一部または全部の全領域に設けられ、所定の色彩を有する印刷層と、該印刷層領域に設けられ、印刷層における色彩と略同一の色彩を有し、かつ、機械読み取り可能に情報を磁気的に記録するための磁性層とからなる積層構造と、該積層構造領域を含む前記カード基材の一部又は全部の領域に設けられた体積ホログラム層をさらに備え、該体積ホログラム層側から磁気情報の記録・再生が行われる磁気カードにおいて、前記体積ホログラム層がカチオン重合性化合物、ラジカル重合性化合物、特定波長の光に感光してラジカル重合性化合物を重合させる光ラジカル重合開始剤系、及び前記特定波長の光に対しては低感光性であり、別の波長の光に感光してカチオン重合性化合物を重合させる光カチオン重合開始剤系からなる感光性材料からなるものであることを特徴とする磁気カード。
- 透明なカード基材と、該カード基材上に設けられた赤外線吸収性を有する可視光透過層部と、該可視光透過層部以外の領域にあって前記カード基材上に設けられた機械読み取り可能に情報を磁気的に記録するための磁性層と、該磁性層を覆うように前記可視光透過層部以外の領域に設けられた磁性層隠蔽用印刷層とからなる積層構造と、該積層構造領域を含む前記カード基材の一部又は全部の領域に設けられた体積ホログラム層をさらに備え、該体積ホログラム層側から磁気情報の記録・再生が行われると共に前記可視光透過層部の領域においてその断面方向での可視光透過性を有する磁気カードにおいて、前記体積ホログラム層がカチオン重合性化合物、ラジカル重合性化合物、特定波長の光に感光してラジカル重合性化合物を重合させる光ラジカル重合開始剤系、及び前記特定波長の光に対しては低感光性であり、別の波長の光に感光してカチオン重合性化合物を重合させる光カチオン重合開始剤系からなる感光性材料からなるものであることを特徴とする磁気カード。
