Abstract
【解決手段】ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーとこれらのモノマーと反応し得るモノマーとの蒸着重合反応生成物であるポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリ尿素、又はポリアゾメチン。ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーを蒸発させて得たガスと、これらのモノマーと反応し得るモノマーを蒸発させて得たガスとを、真空中で物品表面上で蒸着重合させる。

Description
また、金属やセラミックスからなる部品や製品等の物品への抗菌性付与には,粘着剤等により抗菌性プラスチックフィルムを表面に適用して使用する例が多い。このため、複雑形状の部品や製品等の物品の全面に均一に抗菌剤を適用することは困難であるという問題があり、複雑な表面形状を有する物品の表面にも適用可能な抗菌性高分子の開発が望まれている。
ハロゲン元素は、フッ素、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素から選ばれた元素であることを特徴とする。
上記抗菌性高分子は、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリ尿素、又はポリアゾメチンであり、このポリイミドは、下記一般式、
リアゾメチンは、下記一般式、
本発明の抗菌性高分子被膜は、上記抗菌性高分子からなる。
さらに、本発明の物品は、上記抗菌性高分子を含む抗菌性高分子被膜を表面に有する部材や製品である。
本発明によれば、ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーとこれらモノマーと反応し得るモノマーとを蒸着重合反応せしめて抗菌性高分子を得ている。
ジアミノ安息香酸モノマーは上記の通りであり、ハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーは上記したもの以外に次の化合物を列挙することができる。
ガス導入バルブは加熱手段により所定の温度を維持できるように構成する。
上記蒸着重合装置では、気体状態の各モノマーを装置外部から各ガス導入バルブを介して導入するように構成したが、装置内部に各モノマーの蒸発源を設け、この蒸発源から発生する気体状態の各モノマーを原料として用いて同様の条件で蒸着重合してもよい。
以下、本発明の実施例について説明するが、これらの実施例で用いた蒸着重合反応条件により本発明が限定されるものではない。

Claims (13)
- ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーとこれらジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーと反応し得るモノマーとの蒸着重合反応生成物からなる抗菌性高分子。
- 前記ジアミノ安息香酸モノマーが、2,3−ジアミノ安息香酸、2,4−ジアミノ安息香酸、2,5−ジアミノ安息香酸、3,4−ジアミノ安息香酸及び3,5−ジアミノ安息香酸から選ばれたモノマーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抗菌性高分子。
- 前記ハロゲン元素が、フッ素、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素から選ばれた元素であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抗菌性高分子。
- 前記ハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーが、4,4'−メチレンビス(2−クロロベンゼンアミン)、3,3'−ジクロロ−4,4'−ジアミノジフェニルエーテル、5−クロロ−m−フェニレンジアミンから選ばれたモノマーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抗菌性高分子。
- 前記ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーと反応し得るモノマーが、テトラカルボン酸二無水物、ジイソシアナート、酸塩化物、及びアルデヒドから選ばれたモノマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の抗菌性高分子。
- 前記抗菌性高分子が、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリ尿素、又はポリアゾメチンであり、

- ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーを蒸発させて得たガスと、これらジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーと反応し得るモノマーを蒸発させて得たガスとを、真空中で蒸着重合させて抗菌性高分子を製造することを特徴とする抗菌性高分子の製造方法。
- 前記ジアミノ安息香酸モノマーが、2,3−ジアミノ安息香酸、2,4−ジアミノ安息香酸、2,5−ジアミノ安息香酸、3,4−ジアミノ安息香酸及び3,5−ジアミノ安息香酸から選ばれたモノマーであり、前記ハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーが、4,4'−メチレンビス(2−クロロベンゼンアミン)、3,3'−ジクロロ−4,4'−ジアミノジフェニルエーテル、5−クロロ−m−フェニレンジアミンから選ばれたモノマーであり、これらジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーと反応し得るモノマーが、テトラカルボン酸二無水物、ジイソシアナート、酸塩化物、及びアルデヒドから選ばれたモノマーであり、そして前記抗菌性高分子が、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリ尿素、又はポリアゾメチンであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の抗菌性高分子の製造方法。

- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の抗菌性高分子からなる抗菌性高分子被膜。
- ジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーを蒸発させて得たガスと、これらジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーと反応し得るモノマー成分を蒸発させて得たガスとを、真空中、基体上で蒸着重合させて抗菌性高分子被膜を作製することを特徴とする抗菌性高分子被膜の作製方法。
- 前記ジアミノ安息香酸モノマーが、2,3−ジアミノ安息香酸、2,4−ジアミノ安息香酸、2,5−ジアミノ安息香酸、3,4−ジアミノ安息香酸及び3,5−ジアミノ安息香酸から選ばれたモノマーであり、前記ハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーが、4,4'−メチレンビス(2−クロロベンゼンアミン)、3,3'−ジクロロ−4,4'−ジアミノジフェニルエーテル、5−クロロ−m−フェニレンジアミンから選ばれたモノマーであり、これらジアミノ安息香酸モノマー又はハロゲン元素含有ジアミンモノマーと反応し得るモノマーが、テトラカルボン酸二無水物、ジイソシアナート、酸塩化物、及びアルデヒドから選ばれたモノマーであり、そして前記抗菌性高分子が、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリ尿素、又はポリアゾメチンであることを特徴とする請求項11記載の抗菌性高分子被膜の作製方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の抗菌性高分子を含む抗菌性高分子被膜を表面に有する物品。
