【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 ヒト造血細胞を得る方法であって、ヒト胚性幹細胞培養物を哺乳動物造血間質細胞に暴露してヒト造血細胞を作り出す段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
【請求項2】 そのように作り出された該ヒト造血細胞の少なくとも一部がCD34+ である、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 そのように作り出された該ヒト造血細胞の少なくとも一部がメチルセルロース培地内で造血細胞コロニー形成単位を作る、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】 該間質細胞が骨髄細胞及び胚卵黄細胞からなる群より選ばれる、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項5】 ヒト造血細胞を得る方法であって、試験管内ヒト胚性幹細胞培養物を哺乳動物造血間質細胞に暴露してヒト造血細胞を作り出し、そのように作り出された該ヒト造血細胞の少なくとも一部がメチルセルロース培地内で赤芽球形成単位を作る段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
【請求項6】 該細胞培養物の少なくとも一部の造血細胞がCD34+ である、請求項5記載の方法。
【請求項7】 胚性幹細胞培養物から試験管内で誘導された造血細胞及び造血細胞以外の選択されたヒト細胞の使用であって、前記選択ヒト細胞を、それを必要とするヒト受容ホストにおける前記造血細胞に対して主要組織適合複合体適合性を有することを特徴とする使用。
【請求項8】 該選択ヒト非造血細胞がヒト膵島である、請求項7記載の使用
【請求項9】 該選択ヒト非造血細胞がヒト希突起膠細胞である、請求項7記載の使用。
【請求項1】 ヒト造血細胞を得る方法であって、ヒト胚性幹細胞培養物を哺乳動物造血間質細胞に暴露してヒト造血細胞を作り出す段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
【請求項2】 そのように作り出された該ヒト造血細胞の少なくとも一部がCD34+ である、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 そのように作り出された該ヒト造血細胞の少なくとも一部がメチルセルロース培地内で造血細胞コロニー形成単位を作る、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】 該間質細胞が骨髄細胞及び胚卵黄細胞からなる群より選ばれる、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項5】 ヒト造血細胞を得る方法であって、試験管内ヒト胚性幹細胞培養物を哺乳動物造血間質細胞に暴露してヒト造血細胞を作り出し、そのように作り出された該ヒト造血細胞の少なくとも一部がメチルセルロース培地内で赤芽球形成単位を作る段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
【請求項6】 該細胞培養物の少なくとも一部の造血細胞がCD34+ である、請求項5記載の方法。
【請求項7】 胚性幹細胞培養物から試験管内で誘導された造血細胞及び造血細胞以外の選択されたヒト細胞の使用であって、前記選択ヒト細胞を、それを必要とするヒト受容ホストにおける前記造血細胞に対して主要組織適合複合体適合性を有することを特徴とする使用。
【請求項8】 該選択ヒト非造血細胞がヒト膵島である、請求項7記載の使用
【請求項9】 該選択ヒト非造血細胞がヒト希突起膠細胞である、請求項7記載の使用。
