【請求項5】 脂肪細胞がヒト間葉幹細胞から誘導されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
【請求項6】 造血幹細胞がCD34+細胞であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
【請求項7】 脂肪細胞が造血幹細胞集団に対し同種異系あるいは自己由来であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
【請求項8】 造血幹細胞がヒト造血幹細胞とヒト間葉幹細胞を含む表現型を保持するようにヒト造血幹細胞を維持することを特徴とする組成物。
【請求項9】 造血幹細胞がヒト造血幹細胞と脂肪細胞を含む表現型を保持するようにヒト造血幹細胞を維持することを特徴とする組成物。
