Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 歩行中でも足の裏を指圧することのでき、し
かも、靴内の通気保持ができ、衛生的であり、また、必
要とする箇所に指圧駒を着脱自在に設けることのできる
靴の中敷用指圧器を開発・提供するものである。 【解決手段】 靴の中敷において、やや軟質な素材で形
成した中敷材１を設け、該中敷材には、表面から裏面に
抜ける，複数の通気兼用固定穴２を穿設し、該中敷材の
裏面には、複数個の適宜な高さを有する通気保持用突起
部３を設け、前記通気兼用固定穴には、頭部に刺激部４
ａを有し、中途に支持軸４ｂを、下端には逆円錐台形状
の突起係止部４ｃからなる刺激突起駒４を設けたことを
特徴とするものであり、刺激部が、伏碗状であり、厚み
の異なる数種からなり、さらに、中敷材の素材が、よも
ぎを原料の一部として使用したものである。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、靴の中敷用指圧
器に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、靴が足に比べて大きい場合に、靴
の中敷きは、靴内に入れて調整したり、或いは、靴の中
底が汚れている場合に、この中敷きを入れて、靴内を見
た目に美麗にカムフラージュするために使用されるもの
である。
【０００３】そして、一方、左右の足の裏には、ツボと
称される身体の内臓等をはじめ各部位の神経が、対称的
にそれぞれ集中しており、この各ツボを指圧することに
より、各部位を刺激して治療が出来るものである。
【０００４】しかし、治療をするには、足の裏を常に手
の指で押圧することが必要であり、家庭等で寛いでいる
場合にしか、出来なかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで、この発明は、
これらの欠点を除去するために、発明されたものであ
り、歩行中でも足の裏を指圧することのでき、しかも、
靴内の通気保持ができ、衛生的であり、また、必要とす
る箇所に指圧駒を着脱自在に設けることのできる靴の中
敷用指圧器を開発・提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】そこで、この課題を解決
するための手段として、やや軟質な中敷材を設け、該中
敷材には、規則正しく無数の小穴を形成し、これらの小
穴は、それぞれ表面から裏面に進むにストレートに形成
し、該小穴には、磁性体を素材とし、突起した頭部と、
該頭部には、ストレートに形成し、前記小穴に適合する
支持軸と、前記小穴よりもやや大きな逆円錐台状の突起
係止部分を有する指圧駒を一または複数設けたものであ
り、さらに、中敷の素材が、よもぎを原料の一部として
使用した靴の中敷用指圧器である。

【発明の実施の形態】次に、この発明の好適な一実施例
を図に基づいて説明すると、靴の中敷において、やや軟
質な素材で形成した中敷材（１）を設け、該中敷材
（１）には、表面から裏面に抜ける，複数の通気兼用固
定穴（２）を穿設し、該中敷材（１）の裏面には、複数
個の適宜な高さを有する通気保持用突起部（３）を設
け、前記通気兼用固定穴（２）には、頭部に刺激部（４
ａ）を有し、中途に支持軸（４ｂ）を、下端には逆円錐
台形状の突起係止部（４ｃ）からなる刺激突起駒（４）
を設けたことを特徴とする靴の中敷用指圧器から構成さ
れるものである。
【０００８】尚、刺激部（４ａ）が、伏碗状であり、厚
みの異なる数種からなり、また、刺激突起駒（３）の素
材は、磁性体で構成してもよい。
【０００９】また、中敷（１）の素材に、よもぎを原料
の一部として使用することにより、抗菌効果があるもの
であり、使用に当たっては、刺激突起駒（３）を、指圧
の必要な箇所の、中敷材（１）の通気兼用固定穴（２）
に逆円錐台形状の突起係止部（４ｃ）を挿入して使用す
るものである。

【発明の効果】この発明によると、靴の中敷において、
やや軟質な素材で形成した中敷材（１）を設け、該中敷
材（１）には、表面から裏面に抜ける，複数の通気兼用
固定穴（２）を穿設し、該中敷材（１）の裏面には、複
数個の適宜な高さを有する通気保持用突起部（３）を設
け、前記通気兼用固定穴（２）には、頭部に刺激部（４
ａ）を有し、中途に支持軸（４ｂ）を、下端には逆円錐
台形状の突起係止部（４ｃ）からなる刺激突起駒（４）
を設けたことにより、指圧をしたい箇所に刺激突起駒
（４）を設けることが可能であり、また、刺激部（４
ａ）の厚みの異なった刺激突起駒（４）を、中敷材
（１）の指圧したい箇所に装着することにより、指圧の
程度も調整できる効果を有する。
【００１１】さらに、刺激突起駒（４）の突起係止部
（４ｃ）は、逆円錐台形状になっており、装着した際に
外れ難く、ツボの箇所に刺激突起駒（４）を停まらせる
ことが可能であり、歩きながら、足のツボを、自分の体
重によって指圧できる。
【００１２】また、中敷材（１）の裏面には複数個の適
宜な高さを有する通気保持用突起部（３）を設けてお
り、靴底と中敷材（１）との間に、通気保持ができ、さ
らに、該中敷材（１）には、表面から裏面に抜ける，複
数の通気兼用固定穴（２）を穿設しており、通気性を保
持できるものであり、さらに、刺激突起駒（４）の頭部
は、伏碗状であり、中敷材（１）から突出した緩やかな
突起であり、足裏に適当な指圧が得られ、また、中敷材
（１）によもぎを原料の一部として入れることにより、
抗菌作用があり、靴内での汗の臭い等も防止できる等極
めて有益なる効果を奏するものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 靴の中敷において、やや軟質な素材で形
    成した中敷材（１）を設け、該中敷材（１）には、表面
    から裏面に抜ける，複数の通気兼用固定穴（２）を穿設
    し、該中敷材（１）の裏面には、複数個の適宜な高さを
    有する通気保持用突起部（３）を設け、前記通気兼用固
    定穴（２）には、頭部に刺激部（４ａ）を有し、中途に
    支持軸（４ｂ）を、下端には逆円錐台形状の突起係止部
    （４ｃ）からなる刺激突起駒（４）を設けたことを特徴
    とする靴の中敷用指圧器。
  2. 【請求項２】 刺激部（４ａ）が、伏碗状であり、厚み
    の異なる数種からなることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第１項記載の靴の中敷用指圧器。
  3. 【請求項３】 中敷材（１）の素材が、よもぎを原料の
    一部として使用したものであることを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第１項記載の靴の中敷用指圧器。
