Description

穩定足跟之裝置
本創作係一種穩定足跟與鞋墊接觸力量的裝置，尤指一種放置於鞋內的鞋墊或鞋中底，使人們於穿鞋時穩定鞋子與足跟位置接觸力量之設計。
隨著經濟的發達，現代人的文明病越來越多，其中慢性疼痛最普遍，而慢性疼痛最主要原因，在於骨骼肌肉失去平衡，因人類由四肢爬行經身體數百萬年演化成直立而行，為了維持站立和行走的平衡，身體產生代替補償的作用，所以有各種不良的動作與姿勢，造成各種酸痛，因此讓身體關節肌肉維持在中立平衡的位置，是所有醫學專家與科學家盡一切努力所要達到的事。
請參看第三圖所示，現有技術中的足跟杯(90)設計上，為在足跟的左、右與後方設計成杯狀，當人們穿著附有足跟杯的鞋子時，因足跟本身不是平衡的，故容易偏向一側，結果足跟與足跟杯接觸較多的一側，形成與post接觸的原理，容易不舒服。
請進一步配合參看第一圖所示，改良式足跟穩定裝置，即是將足跟杯去除，在鞋墊或鞋中底相對 於橢圓足跟處之外緣，設立數個凸點，足跟的四周皆能穩定且不易偏移，進而達到穩定足踝關節之目。
有鑑於前述骨骼肌肉不平衡造成的困擾，為減少因骨骼肌肉不平衡可能造成的傷害，而提出新的理論和設計，藉由簡單的方式，改善人們慢性疼痛的困擾，使人們全身感覺舒服又不受傷害且價格便宜。
因此，本創作之主要目的係為提供一種足跟穩定裝置，係可調整足跟受力方式，進而改變身體姿勢之平衡，達到身體結構能自我調整為目的。
為達到上述創作目的，本創作所採用之主要技術手段係令一鞋中底或鞋墊於相對於足跟位置處，設立數個凸點改變增加其高度進而減少足底外緣特定位置與足跟與墊體的接觸力量。
站立或行走時，足跟外緣設立三個凸點形成三點支撐，達到穩定足踝關節之目的。
前述凸點係亦可為三個以上之凸點。
前述凸點係可形成任何形狀，但要較墊體或鞋 中底高。
前述凸點亦可一體成型於鞋中底內。
前述改良足跟之墊體可放置在鞋子內部底面。
藉此，將可自動調整使用者足踝關節，進一步讓使用者之足踝關節盡量維持在中立平衡的位置。
前述改良足跟之墊體係自鞋墊上面向上設凸點。
前述改良足跟之墊體係自鞋墊底面向下設凸點。
請參閱第一圖，本創作第一實施例係一種穩定足跟之裝置，其包括有一本體(10)及一設置於前述本體(10)上之凸點(11)、(12)、(13)。
前述本體(10)係用於墊襯於足底者，其係主要由一緩衝材質所構成且具有一頂面、一底面、對應於人類足底，在本實施例中，前述本體(10)係形成為一鞋墊。且凸點(11)、(12)、(13)分布於橢圓足跟外緣，具有穩定足踝關節的作用，進而改變身體 姿勢之平衡，達到身體結構能自我調整為目的。
請參閱第二圖本創作第二實施例係一種穩定足跟之裝置，其包括有一本體(10a)及一設置於前述本體(10a)上之凸點(11a)、(12a)、(13a)。在本實施例可行實施態樣中，前述本體(10a)係可形成為一鞋中底。當前述本體(10a)係形成為鞋中底時，係將之結合於鞋中底上，當前述本體(10a)之上在放上一般鞋墊時，則可達到同樣功效，具有穩定足踝關節的作用，進而改變身體姿勢之平衡，達到身體結構能自我調整為目的。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種穩定足跟之裝置，具有一墊體，相對於橢圓足跟外緣設立三個以上之凸點。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種穩定足跟裝置，其凸點可為任何形狀且高度較墊體為凸出。
  3. 一種穩定足跟之裝置，具有一鞋中底，相對於橢圓足跟外緣設立三個以上之凸點。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之一種穩定足跟裝置，其凸點可為任何形狀且高度較鞋中底為凸出。
