Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも200nmの平均粒度(数平均)の少なくとも1種類の弗素化重 合体A)および最高で100nmの平均粒度(数平均)の少なくとも1種類の 弗素化重合体B)を含有し、その成分A)およびB)の一方が熱可塑性樹脂で ありそしてもう一方の成分が溶融物から加工することができず、そして分散物 全体が単一モードでない粒子径数分布を有している、 乳化重合によって得られる色々な粒度の弗素化重合体の水性分散物。 2.成分A)が溶融物から加工できない請求項1に記載の分散物。 3.成分A)がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項2に記載の分散物。 4.界面活性剤を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の分散物。 5.成分A)およびB)がそれぞれ1〜99重量%の割合で存在している請求項 1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の分散物。 6.成分A)およびB)がそれぞれ10〜90重量%の割合で存在している請求 項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の分散物。 7.成分A)およびB)がそれぞれ20〜80重量%の割合で存在している請求 項5に記載の分散物。 8.成分A)およびB)がそれぞれ30〜70重量%の割合で存在している請求 項5または6に記載の分散物。 9.成分A)が少なくとも230nmの平均粒度(数平均)を有する請求項1〜 8のいずれか一つに記載の分散物。 10.成分B)が最高80nm、好ましくは最高50nm、特に好ましくは最高 40nmの平均粒度(数平均)を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の 分散物。 11.請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の分散物を製造する方法において、 少なくとも1種類の弗素化重合体A)の水性分散物を少なくとも1種類の弗素 化重合体B)の水性分散物と混合しそして場合によっては所望の固形分含有量 、好ましくは40〜65重量%の固形分含有量に濃縮することを特徴とする、 上記方法。 12.請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の分散物を表面の浸漬処理、含浸処理 または被覆に用いる方法。 13.請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の分散物を金属用被覆系の調製に使用 する方法。 14.請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の分散物を繊維のまたは繊維あるいは 多孔質物質よりなるシート状製品の浸漬処理または含浸処理のためにおよびガ ラス繊維織物の被覆のために用いる方法。
