Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平面基板上に粘性流体の薄い塗膜あるいは層を、特に部分基板(S1,S2 )間への接着剤層形成又は基板上へのラッカ塗膜形成のために塗布する方法であ って、 塗膜材料(7)のための配水ポンプ(1)、基板(S1)上を移動可能な配水 アーム(2)及び基板(S1)を回転させるための回転駆動装置(3)を制御要 素とし、変化する変数(妨害変数)の影響を考慮にいれて前記制御要素を制御す ることにより、層厚を所望値に調節することを特徴とする塗布方法。 2.考慮される妨害変数が、各基板(S1,S2)の温度(T1,T2)及び塗 膜材料(7)の温度(T3)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.妨害変数の影響が、経験的に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記 載の方法。 4.接着剤層を形成後に基板を接着するための接着手段(4)と、接着後に基板 (S1及びS2)間の過剰な接着材料を除去するための回転遠心駆動装置(5) とが、さらに制御要素として制御される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 5.塗布又は接着が、PC/SPS(メモリ−プログラマブルシステムを備えた パーソナルコンピュータ)プログラムによって制御されていることを特徴とする 請求項1乃至4記載の方法。 6.配水ポンプ(1)、配水アーム(2)、回転駆動装置(3)、及び接着手段 (4)がステップモータにより運転され、回転遠心駆動装置(5)がサーボモー タであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。 7.塗膜又は接着剤塗膜の厚さが、非接触方式で工程中に測定され、前記所望値 からのずれが自動的に調整されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 8.前記所望値が、基板の半径及び接線方向にあらかじめ設定された塗膜厚範囲 であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 9.前記センサが、光学センサであることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の 方法。 10.55μmという接着剤層厚の所望値において、接着剤層厚のずれ又は許容 差が、半径方向に±10μm及び接線方向に±4μmであることを特徴とする請 求項1乃至9記載の方法。 11.請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法の光学記録ディスクの製造 への使用。 12.(a)塗布又は基板の接着中に妨害変数を測定するセンサと、 (b)工程中に塗膜又は接着剤塗膜の厚さを測定する手段と、 (c)妨害変数と測定した塗膜又は接着剤塗膜厚とに従って、塗布又は接着を制 御するためのプロセッサと から成る請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行する装置。
