Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. それぞれ金属又は酸化物の形のPt及びReを含有する触媒の存在下に少な くとも3個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族カルボン酸又はその無水物又はエステルあ るいはラクトンを水素化することによる脂肪族アルコールの製法において、触媒 が更に金属又は酸化物の形の元素周期系の第5〜12及び14族及びランタニド からなる、但しパラジウムを除く群からの少なくとももう1つの元素を含有する ことを特徴とする、脂肪族アルコールの製法。 2. Pt、Re並びに元素周期系の第5〜12及び14族及びランタニドからの 少なくとももう1つの元素の酸化物、酸化物水化物、炭酸塩、硝酸塩、カルボン 酸塩、キレート、硫酸塩、リン酸塩及び/又はハロゲン化物の水性スラリー及び /又は水溶液を還元することにより触媒を製造する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 触媒が少なくとももう1つの元素として、金属又は酸化物の形の元素周期系 の第6、10及び11族からなる元素少なくとも1つを含有する、請求項1又は 2に記載の方法。 4.触媒がそれぞれ金属又は酸化物の形のMo、Ag及び/又はAuを含有する、 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 水素化の際の温度が最大200℃である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 6.水素化を水の存在下に実施する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 7. 水素で還元する前のPt−成分がPtO2として存在する、請求項1から6 までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 触媒の存在下に脂肪族ジカルボン酸又はその無水物又はエステルを水素化す ることにより脂肪族ジオール及びラクトンを製造する方法において、方法が請求 項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法の特徴の1つ以上を有することを特 徴とする、脂肪族ジオール及びラクトンの製法。 9.脂肪族カルボン酸又はその無水物又はエステルあるいはラクトンを水素化する ための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載されているような触媒の使用 。
