Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ラセミ体及び光学的に活性な両方の形の一般式(I): [式中: Rは、H、或いは直鎖若しくは分岐鎖状の、飽和若しくは不飽和のC1−C20 アルキル(1つ若しくはそれ以上の−CH(OH)−、−CONH−、−NHC O−、−CO−、−CH(NH2)−、−SO−、−SO2−、SO2NH−基、 及び/又は1つ若しくはそれ以上のN、O、S原子で場合により中断されており 、1つ若しくはそれ以上の−COOH基及び/又はそのアミド若しくはエステル 誘導体で場合により置換されている)であり、ここで該アルキル鎖は、独立して 同一若しくは異なった少なくとも2つの、単独若しくは縮合した、環式L残基で 中断又は置換されており、 ただし、あるL残基が一緒に縮合している場合、得られる多環式単位は、3を 越える環式基を有さず、ここで、 Lは、炭素環若しくは複素環式の、飽和若しくは不飽和若しくは芳香族環式単 位(5〜6個の原子を有し、独立して同一若しくは異なった1つ若しくはそれ以 上のX基で場合により置換されている)であり、ここで、 Xは、OH、ハロゲン、NH2、NHZ、N(Z)2、−OZ−、−SZ−、C OZであり、ここでZ基は、独立して、C1−C5直鎖若しくは分岐鎖状のアルキ ル(1つ若しくはそれ以上の−OH、−COOH、又はアルコキシ基で場合によ り置換されている)であることができるか、或いは該X基は、−COOH基若し くはその誘導体(エステル若しくはアミド基など)、又は−SOZH基若しくは それのアミド誘導体であり; R1は、Rと同一であるが、ただし R及びR1は、同時にHであることはできず; Rが、Hとは異なる場合、R1は、Hであり; R1が、Hとは異なる場合、Rは、Hである] の化合物、並びに式(I)の化合物の、原子番号20〜31、39、42〜44 、49、及び57〜83の金属イオンとの錯体、及び第一級、第二級、若しくは 第三級アミン、又は塩基性アミノ酸から選択される生理学的に許容しうる有機塩 基、或いはそのカチオンが、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム 、若しくはその混合物である無機塩基とのその塩。 2.R又はR1が、以下の群: から選択される、請求項1記載の化合物。 3.ラセミ体及び光学的に活性な両方の形の、一般式(II): [式中、Rは、請求項1と同一の定義を有するが、Hとは異なる]の請求項1記 載の化合物、並びに式(II)の化合物の、原子番号20〜31、39、42〜4 4、 49、及び57〜83の金属イオンとの錯体、及び第一級、第二級、若しくは第 三級アミン、又は塩基性アミノ酸から選択される生理学的に許容しうる有機塩基 、或いはそのカチオンが、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、 若しくはその混合物である無機塩基とのその塩。 4.錯体となっている二若しくは三価の金属イオンが、Fe(2+)、Fe(3+)、C u(2+)、Cr(3+)、Gd(3+)、Eu(3+)、Dy(3+)、La(3+)、Yb(3+)、及び Mn(2+)から選択される、請求項1〜3に記載の化合物。 5.N,N−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−( 4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−3,5−ジヨード−L−チロシン; N,N−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−(4 −ヒドロキシフェニル)−L−チロシン; N,N−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−(3 ,5−ジヨード−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−3,5−ジヨード−L−チロシン ; N,N−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−(3 −ヨード−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−3,5−ジヨード−L−チロシン; N2,N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N,N −[ビス(フェニルメチル)]−L−グルタミン; N2,N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N,N ー[ジシクロヘキシル]−L−グルタミン; N2,N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N6− [ジフェニルアセチル]−L−リシン; N2,N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N6− [トリフェニルアセチル]−L−リシン; N2,N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N6− (ジシクロヘキシルアセチル)−L−リシン; [N−[4−カルボキシ−4−[ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)−ア ミノ]エチル]アミノ]−1−オキソブチル]−L−トリプトファン; [[N,N−ビス[−2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−L −トリプトファン からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3に記載の化合物。 6.以下の群: 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN,N −ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−(4−ヒドロ キシフェニル)−3,5−ジヨード−L−チロシン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯 体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN,N −ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−(4−ヒドロ キシフェニル)−L−チロシン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN,N −ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−O−(3,5−ジ ヨード−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−3,5−ジヨード−L−チロシン(1:2 )のガドリニウム錯体; N,N−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノエチル]−O−(3− ヨード−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−3,5−ジヨード−L−チロシンのガドリ ニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN2, N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N,N−[ビ ス(フェニルメチル)]−L−グルタミン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN2, N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N,N−[ジ シクロヘキシル]−L−グルタミン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成した[N− [4−カルボキシ−4−[ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチ ル]アミノ]−1−オキソブチル]−L−トリプトファンのガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN2, N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N6−(ジフェ ニルアセチル)−L−リシン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN2, N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N6−(トリ フェニルアセチル)−L−リシン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成したN2, N2−ビス[2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−N6−(ジシク ロヘキシルアセチル)−L−リシン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; 1−デオキシ−1−(メチルアミノ)−D−グルシトールと塩形成した[[N ,N−ビス[−2−[ビス(カルボキシメチル)アミノ]エチル]−L−トリプ トファン(1:2)のガドリニウム錯体; から選択される、請求項3記載の常磁性キレート。 7.SeronormTM Humanで再構築されたヒト血清における、0〜1mMの濃度、20 MHz、39℃における緩和値(r1、r2)が、15s-1mM-1より高いか、又は同 一であることを更に特徴とする、請求項1〜6に記載の化合物。 8.請求項1〜6に記載の錯体キレートの少なくとも1つ、又は生理学的に許容 しうるその塩を含有する、磁気共鳴画像法用造影診断用医薬組成物。 9.核磁気共鳴の使用によるヒト又は動物の身体器官及び/又は組織の画像化の ための、請求項8記載の医薬組成物。 10.核磁気共鳴の使用によるヒト又は動物の身体器官及び/又は組織の画像を 得るためのM.R.I.用診断処方物の調製のための、請求項1〜6に記載の化 合物の錯体キレート、又はその塩の使用。
