Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式(I) [式中、 Rは有機ラジカルを表しそして Xは−CH2−CH2−または−CH=CH−を表す] のラクトン類の鏡像異性体のクロマトグラフィー分離用の固定相としての、N− アクリロイル−S−フェニルアラニンd−ネオメンチルアミドまたはその鏡像異 性体の光学的に活性な重合体の、そのままでの、架橋結合された形態での、およ び/または担体に結合された形態での、使用。 2. からなる群から選択されるラクトンの鏡像異性体のクロマトグラフィー分離のた めの請求の範囲第1項記載の光学的に活性な重合体の使用。 3.(±)−トランス−(E)−6−[2−(2,6−ジイソプロピル−4−(4−フル オロフェニル)−3−メトキシメチル−ピリド−5−イル)−エテニル]−3,4, 5,6−テトラヒドロ−4−ヒドロキシ−2H−ピラン−2−オンの鏡像異性体 のクロマトグラフィー分離のための請求の範囲第1項記載の光学的に活性な重合 体の使用。 4.光学的に活性な重合体がシリカゲルに結合された形態で使用されることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の光学的に活性な重合体の使用。 5.光学的に活性な重合体が対応する改質されたシリカゲルからのメルカプト基 を介して結合していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第4項記載の光学的に活性 な重合体の使用。 6.鏡像異性体混合物がキラルな固定相としてのN−アクリロイル−S−フェニ ルアラニンd−ネオメンチルアミドまたはその鏡像異性体の光 学的に活性な重合体により、適当な移動相を使用して、鏡像異性体に分離され、 光学的に活性な重合体がそのままで、架橋結合された形態で、および/または担 体に結合された形態で使用されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の一 般式(I)のラクトン類の鏡像異性体のクロマトグラフィー分離方法。 7.トルエンおよびテトラヒドロフランの混合物が移動相として使用されること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項記載の方法。 8.光学的に活性な重合体がシリカゲルに結合された形態で固定相として使用さ れることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項記載の方法。
